What are the rules of making updates to the game after the deadline?

Unfortunately, for various reasons, I got nowhere with my assembly game despite having 6 weeks to work on it, but I also didn't want to not submit it. Is it OK to make updates after the deadline? Are there any conditions or restrictions on that?

It looks promising! But I tried to run it on Ubuntu 20.04 and it seems to not work. Do I have some packages missing? Or is it part of the game to get around this? ;)

Funny how you flagged this game as having a Linux and macOS build while the ZIP only contains a Windows export.

This is an interesting game, liked the concept. I playtested it on Linux and made a gameplay video.

Thanks for making the game! :)

Awesome game, thanks for making it! I playtested it on Linux.

This is a great game, I totally liked it. Playtested it on Linux.

It seems you didn't include the game content, only the engine.

Error: Couldn't load project data at path ".". Is the .pck file missing?
If you've renamed the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executable's name (without the extension).

No worries. I checked the new version and it's 64-bit. I made the video with your first build and that was 32-bit for some reason (seen in the video when I checked with the "file" command). It's relevant because on Linux you have to install the 32-bit system libraries to run a 32-bit program on a 64-bit OS. Btw, did you increase the movement speed in the new version? Feels like I'm walking faster, but maybe it's just an illusion.

Thanks for the Linux port! I've recently created a YouTube channel for the purpose of showing games those run natively on Linux and I picked your game too. :)

I started a channel to show games those run natively on Linux. I see I'm not the first one to make a gameplay video, but here is mine. :)

Thanks for making a Linux port. Just a hint, the binary you included is 32-bit, not 64 (x86_64) as you state. Congrats for the game, I liked the aesthetics!

I've recently created a YouTube channel to show games those run natively on Linux and I covered this game. :)

Intense, fun game, thanks Vector Hat for making it!

I also made a Linux gameplay video before noticing this one.

To Valerie Dusk, Valerie Paris: Thank you very much for the Linux port (and generally, the game)! Keep up the good work, I'm curious how the full game will turn out. In part, your game inspired me to create this YouTube channel to show games those run natively on Linux. Not sure if this is something that will prove to be useful in the long run, but I give it a shot. :)

To Arquivo Morto Games: Great channel, thank you! Have I found it earlier, probably I wouldn't have created mine. ;) I like how you also show the credits in your video, I think that's just nice.

I saw your game promoted on YouTube and I found it interesting. I'd like to play it myself but there is no Linux port. I see it's made with Ren'Py. Could you make a Linux port? :)
