I wish I could give this a more complete review, but I also ran into issues opening the doors both at the end of the tutorial level and in the level select screen. I will say, though, that the graphics are really nice and easy on the eyes and the soundtrack is catchy. I especially like the main menu song, that was a great choice. I might also turn up the gravity a little bit on the jumps. All-in-all, it's a fun little game and I hope I get to experience more of it in the future!

The combat in this game is pretty satisfying in that running through a mass of spiders with my sword and clicking wildly yields the same results as if I were playing Warframe.

The visuals were nice, though I was a little bit confused about the trees being obstacles while looking like background objects. I might also recommend changing the font because my old man eyes had a tough time reading some of the stuff, but that might just be a "me" problem.

The biggest surprise of all the games I've played for this collection, though, is the twist ending. I was not expecting that, at all.

In conclusion, this game is exactly as advertised: you're a knight and you're slashing your way through a mass of spiders. The combat is good, the graphics are okay, and the story was surprising. Nice job!

There's potential here. There's a lot of eeriness to wandering around a room full of weirdly-spaced lockers, while being watched by a guy in a lab coat. However, I wasn't able to find the alien at the end, even after following the walkthrough. Maybe I did something wrong, I'm not sure.

Also, I experienced some graphical errors on the first level where everything except the lockers would blink out of existence. Again, not sure if that's a programming error, or just a hiccup on my end. At the end of the day, there's some room for improvement, but it's not bad for a five-minute game!

I was a little confused about what I was doing at first, but once I figured it out, I thought this was a really unique and interesting project. I had never considered a hybridization of Pac-Man and Crypt of the Necrodancer, but it turns out, it's pretty neat! Nice job.

I was kind of worried about what would happen if I decided to explore the rest of the house, and I was proven right to be worried. The fighting animation towards the end was really enjoyable and the story was fun.

Some of the mechanics in this game were pretty cool. I really liked the solution to the puzzles involving the statue, although I didn't realize that the tool you needed to complete said puzzle would remain in my inventory after I passed the level. The amount of red herrings was surprising as well.

Further, I experienced the same crash as lisyarus.
