Yes you must select a source folder that contains sub-folders of images (albums) - there is a diagram on the right of the program with an example.

This is a handy tip thank you! I'm trying to figure out how to make it easier to run for the next version!

I'm definitely ready to not do this jam :^}

🥰🔮👀

Sure! (I have no idea what that involves 😅)

I got it! Let the crank control the horses! So as you turn the crank the horses move forward!

I noticed you almost always win within 6 spins, so if you keep betting the max amount, (eventually) you'll get past 60k in the bank, and at that point it becomes impossible to lose because your guaranteed a payout with a bet of 10k which is always huge! I dunno how real slots avoid that issue, if they don't Iv figured out how to become rich :O

This is weirdly my favourite thing on the playdate so far. I like to run up to people and shout at them to pick a number between 1-7, and then commentate their folly :}

Thats said! It could be improved if the race track scrolled so it went on a little longer (or maybe you could pick the overall speed so its slower); Id also make the first press of A reset the race, and then a second press actually start the race; sound effects would be cool too!

this is really cool, I love slots games! You could maybe expand with with different themed machines with different music, and maybe a global leaderboard of the richest players.

there are a few bugs; you can bet less than 1$ which crashes the playdate; also the slots don’t always seem to spin when pull the crank, its very hit n miss. Also when you get past 100k it stops showing your bank properly which spoils the fun!

overall though it’s well worth 2$!!

So for the controls, it can be hard to explain. Zooming was much faster than orbiting and orbiting had no momentum, so it felt like driving a tank, if that makes sense. Also I found that goal message on my 2nd play, but I missed it the first time!

I started feeling a bit nauseous playing this, I think it might have been a frame rate issue... However I really appreciate the experimental level design, Level 2 is probably one of my favorite levels in any game ever, its simple and infuriating! ALSO you used one of the songs I used in my game for the menu! My advice would be to focus on weird spaces and less on parkour and graphics and it could be a real mind twister.

Looking at the videos posted by others it was a bit broken on mac. Sound effects were missing and the cursor was HUGE! I was also a bit confused about what was going on and what I was supposed to be shooting/protecting, the controls were also a bit clunky. HOWEVER the graphics are beautiful and the background music added a really nice atmosphere. I think its a great core that could be improved on and turned into something special ^^

:^}

Great video, thanks!

Bang'n !

Very cool bucko

An option to disable sharks and hunger etc, this would be a nice background game to have running.
