You're sweet<3 Ty for your comment, and I understand what you mean. The thing is, this has been bothering me for some time... if Bingzi doesn't want to pursue this, then let it be, but don't you agree? The similarities are much too obvious; they didn't even try to hide it, and it's so mean to steal an entire plot from a smaller creator and paint it as your own, denying ever knowing about it, then even getting away with it.
Don't get me wrong though, I think Himeiro's art and codding are incredible, and they can for sure make a game of their own without going through such lengths, but they could have mentoned they were 'inspired' and credited Bingzi at the very least. She is a very amazing creator, and that game 'pocket lover' was the very first game she released, and I hate to see it stolen.
I will be taking a step away from this as to respect Bingzi's decision, but I do hope Himero comes out on their own.
Thank you though, I appreciate your reply<3 Have a nice day.
Why is this game exactly the same as Pocket Lover? same plot.. and everything.. did you receive the same inspiration from a show or something? either that, but there is no actual possibility; you've never heard of their game, and theirs came out first too. please give some clarification... they deserve credit at least.
Yes, I like this idea! Having the option to fade it is a witty idea since it is plot-important.
I don't like seeing it at all and will most likely try to cover the screen or seek gameplay's on Youtube to secure my eyes ahaha ... So since it's plot-important, I will not try to interfere with your decision, of course, but this option seems plausible, and if it's doable on your end, I would appreciate it! Thank you kindly, & take care.
2) I imagined a woman in her late 20s in regards to her young speech patterns, and since the name color was a lighter pink from Zu's Pallet, I imagined the same with her appearance in terms of color, and it seems cute to have them have the same color but a different shades like he has a part of her. I also imagined her to have a more messy appearance or just less put-together concerning her dialogue choices and carefree vibe.
3) Absolutely; it already has a nice off-putting atmosphere, so I think it would fit in nicely. and I think if you have the mood of the game dependent on the choices of the MC, it would also be something nice to ponder about, so it would be according to if she was especially kind and sincere to him, or neglecting and avoident, or jelouse and clingy, or whatever on that end.
4) I think it's perfect. I find some fonts very bothersome to read that I would prefer to use my glasses although I don't need them, but this one was very clear; in fact, it gives off a fitting vibe for this specific genre.
The game was very fun, and although I had an event to attend half-way through the demo, I was very feverish to return home as soon as possible and continue it. It has a very interesting and promising plot, and I wish you all the best on this project. I was very impressed by this demo; it is VERY well done! I wanted to ask you if you have done anything like this before? Or what's the story behind this project?
Anyway, please take your time, don't rush, and take care.
Heyy, I HAVE to ask! So, are you the author of Paper Cuts? I'm a fan and read the webtoon about 3 times a few years back, and while playing this, I felt the art style was oddly familiar; it was on the tip of my tongue! Until the scene where Yul was screaming with his jaw wide open, did I finally realize and recall Elliot 0-0? Anyhow, I LOVED this, so so so much! Tears streamed down my cheeks throughout it while I imagined being Yul and considered his emotions and how he must feel.
Your art style is very remarkable, and I stopped between frames every little while to stare at the screen for a few moments before moving on; it's a habit of mine. I can't believe I stumbled upon this, though. seriously, very surprising, although a pleasant one.
