So all endings are bad endings, I just ran into this one as well and it really hurt but I might have found a fix. The only good ending is making good decisions and continuing to play. What happened with the ending you experienced was you were dishonest with FF, the refrigerator ass bot from the church, about your discussion with Shanice.
Go to 'iamacheater' in your browser and click 'reset church storyline' and like MrNewoo said when you run into the interaction with FF be honest about Shanice's concerns about him. This is how you can avoid making a whole new save if you get that ending and don't wanna start all over.
