You choose a conversation with a priest bot refuses tell truth after talking with Shanis. You must reload save and choose tell truth to priest bot. I got that ending too and it made my spirits worse after Jun disappeared without telling Anon anything. The protagonist is left behind again. It's like the past where his ex-girlfriend left him. (So sad much 😭)

If you still want to change the story You should choose to tell truth to priest bot (option above). Once passed, there will be no more scenes where the bots(jun) disappear. (Google translate not 100% sorry)
