Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)
We'll be updating the game soon with some fixes and potentially some new features and songs

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)
We'll definitely be updating the game and fixing these issues soon, unfortunately we ran out of time for the jam.

So cool! I love the initial launch, it's all so satisfying. The tricks took me a few tries to get the hang of, but really good fun once I knew what I was doing. Hilarious audio on the fish too haha. Great job!

Haha yesss! That's what we like to hear!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

This is cute! I really enjoyed playing it. Though the more I played, the more frustrated I got that i couldn't get the remaining fish down to zero. I was trying to time it right, but it seemed nearly impossible >_<
Great work though!

This was cool, I loved that each level had a different way of playing it. Level 3 got intense! Great job :)

This was a relaxing little game with some simple yet satisfying mechanics. The music was nice and chilled too.
I like how it got darker the deeper I went. Great job :)

This was fun! The UI was really smooth and and simple to use. I really liked liked the artwork and the variety of fish to choose from.
Say hello to Charlie the Catfish!

Thank you :) Glad you enjoyed it!

Yeahh I agree with you on that one. I didn't swap them as I prefer song 2 and wanted to make sure people experienced it, as they might have only wanted to play a song or two for the jam. Going forward it's definitely something we'll look at. The songs will also be re-mapped, unfortunately we just ran out of time :(
Thanks for the kind words, glad you enojyed the game :)

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Totally agree, but once we got the functionality down we just ran out of time for polishing etc. We're uploading an update once the jam ends!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Ahh I loved the finale! I took out all the fish and sharks first, thinking I could then just focus on the boss, but then the next wave of minions spawned keeping it pretty intense. Of course the scattered health pick up's came in handy too, and it just became a matter of avoiding the boss whilst picking off the minions each time, until it came down to just me and the big man. Great work from you and your team, and good luck with your next game!

A fun little play. Catching the worms was satisfying too :)

Yeahh, perfecting the balancing of a tower defense game with 30 waves (on top of building it too!) within a week is definitely a challenge.
I agree, as it's a jam people probably wouldn't take the time to persist if it was too challenging, meaning they'd miss out on experiencing everything else the game has to offer. Good call!

(1 edit)

A really enjoyable little gameplay loop. I will protect my fish at all costs!
The upgrades were satisfying and the additional tasks kept me on my toes whilsts anticipating an attack. Great job!

I enjoyed this one :)
Some of the fish were a little overpowered, so with proper placement I found it to be quite easy, but it was still really satisfying. I liked the variety of fish that you could hire and also the cooldown powers. The different enemies types were cool too and made for some strategic placement. Great job!

I did the exact same and watched a stream in the background haha. If it makes you feel any better, I grinded and bought the license and just as it stated on the description.. it did nothing -_-

Such a fun and satisfying gameplay loop. I was hooked from the start.
Not gonna lie, in a moment (2 hours) of madness I sat and grinded to $300,000 for that damn license >_<

Thank you! Glad you liked it :)

Thank you!

Thank you!

Thank you very much! We greatly appreciate the fish, prawns and most importantly the golden mice!

Haha they're great aren't they. Thank you! Glad you liked it!
We were short on time unfortunately when it came to the songs/difficulty. We'll be updating them soon though :D

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. We'll definitely be making more games soon :D

Thank you!

Thank you! Glad you liked it!

The answer is yes, the game was good enough to warant a sequal!
I got well more immersed in it than I thought I would from looking at it. I nearly closed the game at Level 2 thinking there wasn't an exit. Just imagine.. I would have missed out on that finale! So good hahaha

A fun little challenge, however I'd modify the colliders slightly as I kept dying when it seemed like I had plenty of space. I'd also have liked to have been able to move the fish up and down whilst moving left and right to help navigate the tight areas.

I really enjoyed playing this, I felt so powerful!
Unfortunately, a little too powerful :( The frame rate dropped at wave 20 and the game was unplayable, but that just gives me another excuse to play it again!
The gameplay was really smooth and satisfying, the upgrades provided a noticeable advantage and the UI was really clean too!

I loved this game!
The swimming was smooth and enjoyable, and the bubbles were a nice way of letting the player know they could interact with the fish. I liked the dialogue and getting to know all the fish. I was fully engaged whilst on the quests they sent me on. I also loved showing off all my new accessories!
Go Team Pearl!

I love the audio and the visuals! So relaxing. Once I finished the game I kept it playing on another monitor to help me focus. Thank you!

I enjoyed the gameplay, but the difficulty definitely ramped up fast. The cursor could have been switched an asset and made a bit bigger to ease the difficulty slightly.

Thank you!

We weren't able to polish the game as much as we'd have liked to due to time, but we're going to update it soon. Really glad you enjoyed it!
