It's because the game is too large and contains too many files to be downloaded via the software, unfortunately. You'll need to download it from the website link instead of using the installer. This is a site restriction, and there's nothing I can do about it.

The game is not currently available on Steam in Germany or China.
I believe the Itch version is available in these two countries (I am not sure).
In any case, the lock appears only on the store page.

The game can be launched in any country without any restrictions.
So there should be no problems starting the game.

Hello, there is currently one Futa in the game, and a second one will be arriving in an upcoming update. Both will have their dedicated scenes, but they are not the main protagonists.

The main protagonist is not a Futa but a man.

One of the two (the one currently in the game) will have a dedicated ending. Which means multiple scenes and a developed story/romance.

If all you are interested in is the Futa content, I recommend waiting a bit before purchasing the game, as I wouldn't want you to be disappointed.

Even though for the moment, among all the LIs, the Futa's scene is the most hardcore.

The new build is now available online, please test it.
Remember to uninstall the previous version before, as it is crucial.

I found out what the problem was.

I'm in the process of redoing a build, which takes about 1 hour because Android doesn't allow games to be larger than 2GB. So I have to use a software to reduce the size of the images and as there are many it takes time.

This issue has already occurred for other players. It's possible that you played the game before purchasing it on Itch.io, in a version that doesn't have the extra features. Since extra feature variables persist across versions (and the next version, which will be released soon, will include new settings to reset this variable), the game currently thinks your version is not an 'extra' one.

The easiest solution would be to delete the persistent save file here:

c:>users>your username>AppData>Roaming>Renpy>TheLastOasisBeforeChastity. Look for a persistent file and delete it (it's even better to delete all the saves if it's not too inconvenient for you).

(If you don't see the AppData folder, enable the display of hidden folders in Windows settings.)

Until now, there was a button to delete all saves in the game menu, but the coder removed it because it wasn't used much. I'll ask him to put it back for the next version.

The coder told me that he had locked everything because he hadn't thought about the music. I've asked him to fix it for the next update, which shouldn't be too long now.

I have just tested the PC and Mac versions, and they are functioning correctly. 
Have you tried the Android version?
The issue might also stem from your saves. If you have previously played a version without the extras, the persistent variables between games could be causing a conflict.
