Thanks

Thank you. Maybe I should have made them glow a bit more, as a warning. :)

Thanks

Thank you

Thanks! Having a level designer would definitely be cool, since now I had to manually place them in code (not even in some type of editor, since my engine has a very limited one) and it was not fun :)

Thank you for your comment.

I wanted to be able to play/stop individual notes (e.g. right now when you hit a note it stops playing/won't play). This also means that I have the whole Moonlight Sonata score section in code. I had other ideas but those would have required a much more complex set of note samples and score. Also, I had to stick to music that is in the public domain.

I've always wanted to do a game that has Erik Satie - Gnossienne No. 1 in it, so it was my first pick. However, I think the best match would have been Ludovico Einaudi - Experience. It starts up slow and then really builds up and it has nice note patterns. Though I would have needed 96 hours just to transcribe it.

Good note on the skybox. I was trying to have some balance between mood and being able to see the character (since ambient lighting is controlled by the HDRI skybox). I guess I never managed to get the light quite right. Will keep it in mind for future improvements.

Really cool idea. However, zooming out might be better. I am currently unable to make educated decision whether to accelerate or slow down. Keep it up.

Thanks

No worries. The Jam requirements were Windows. This is why I have not put any rating. Just wanted to give a heads up in case you want to improve it in the future.

Nice. I enjoyed playing it. The idea is cool. Unfortunately, no "victory" sign at the end :)

I like the art style and gameplay is nice. Not sure on the light mechanic, though. I think it might be best to always shine to max and move slowly, except when needing to pass around clown boxes. Either way, good job.

Very beautiful and the song is amazing. The only downside is that there was no ending. I am not sure if I failed or there just isn't "Congratulations your score was ...". It just faded to black and started all over. So aside from not having a clear ending, I love it.

Its an interesting play. I managed to get to "Congratulations you made it home" but I am not sure I completed any of the quests since I still have items and TODO tasks.

Unfortunately, it's not working for me. The background loads and nothing happens.
I am trying this on Linux + Chrome.

Thank you

Very nice. Will likely use it. Thanks!

Hint to users: Materials use Alpha Blend when imported into Blender but it can be more performant if changed to Alpha Clip instead.
