I am glad you liked the game and thank you for trying it out. Game had 2 more mechanics implemented  (as seen on the  game poster) and more levels earlier but code broke at the last moment and had to remove those for the submission. Waiting for the jam to end to upload a full version of the game.

Firstly thank you for playing my game. I am sorry to hear that you faced some issues with the game.

I have added a separate dropdown section on my game page explaining the game rules, do go through it and give it another shot.

Try out the windows version for the game. I hope it will function as expected.

Hey, glad you liked the game. Thanks for giving it a try and thanks for your feedback regarding the controls, I have updated the control information on page for easier understanding.

Hey, sorry to hear that you were not able to play the game. In order to move the bean you must press and hold left or right mouse button, while the mouse button is held press A or D to swing it in that direction. I have updated the control details as well, give it a try again if possible and  thanks for your feedback.

Sneaky Robots Walk-through :

Are we allowed to use other Game Engines?

BYOG 2019 community · Created a new topic Question 1

Are we allowed to use open source art or sound or previously created assets for this jam?

I really liked your concept to make all the text from a single sprite.Overall the game was pretty good, but I had a hard time to figure out which box is the enemy and which are friendly.

The player control and the graphics are very nice. Also the the art style goes well with the spooky music, Seems like a promising game to me. A few little bugs, such as player sprite has some extra unwanted part which interferes with other environment sprites  but i am sure you can fix that too. It would be nice if you can expand the game length or just add more interactive NPCs  (like one can buy that guy dog food from inside the store instead of just telling him,it could help create a connection with the NPC)

The theme for the jam demands need of good artwork in order to feel the story at its best. Me as a solo developer don't have much art skills to make some quality sprites for the game within the deadline, so I wanted to ask can we use open source art in our game by providing credits so that we can focus on other aspects of game properly.

Thank you for trying my entry Blackthornprod. I was busy during the jam week so was not able to commit more hours to add stuff to it. I am happy that I managed to submit a working game before the deadline.

Thank you for trying out our entry and I am glad you liked my game. The game was a narrative based love story.  It will go long if I explain the whole story behind it but as you asked the dialog scene shows that they don't know each others language but try to express their feeling. The guy in middle translates their sentences for you.

Hey there, thank you for trying out my game. Just want to inform you I updated and added new features to the game(For more info check out description). Feel free to try this new version of the game.

Thank you for trying out my game. I am at work for now if i reached home early and got enough time i will surely implement some traps and adjust the speeds of the planets. Anyway thank you for your review and stay tuned for any updates.

Firstly thank you for playing and rating my game. I am sorry to hear you faced some resolution issues with the game and its progression.

I checked the game on other systems, it seems to be working fine. I also uploaded a fresh copy of the game, download and give it a try again (you can also try using the windowed mode if problem exists). Also all the levels in the game is linear, just keep going towards the right.

Again thanks for playing our game.

I am glad you tried our game and for the feedback. The idea of the game was to make a narrative based game but due to some problems we faced regarding the mechanics we failed to add the storytelling and dialogues within the deadline. We tried our best to wrap up all the things at the end so that the game doesn't feels incomplete.

As we cant change the game after submission so once the game jam is over we would look forward to improve the game-play and add a pleasing story-line to it for our personal satisfaction. 🙂✌

I am extremely sorry for not providing the controls before. I am glad you figured out the controls and liked the game. Thank you for playing.

Game : Collect all the runes around the map to proceed .

Controls : A D to move, space to jump and L, R arrow to rotate.

That's all,  Enjoy the game!

Really appreciate your feedback. :)

Really appreciate your feedback and I am glad you like it.

48 Hrs. Game Jam Simulator is a fun simulation game where you have take part in a 48 hr game jam and have to finish the game within 48 hr timer in the background. You can choose from 3 different modes to play from whichever suits you best.

=> Controls are simple and there is not much you can control in this simulation. Game-play depends upon your luck and the initial choice you make in the game.

=> Try different modes and try to achieve the best rating you can get.

(Game-play works as, the more time you invest in the game jam the more better the ratings will be but it might also create a chance of missing the submissions. The amount of time left directly affects your ratings for the game.)

== That's all, Try it and I hope you like the game.

The mapping was inspired by the theme. We wanted to avoid using the regular keys which are used for most of the runners(WASD etc). So we decided to go for G and J(and using mouse to select choices during the game-play) as it might change the feel of a regular runner and also increases the difficulty to remember the keys and pressing them correctly. We really appreciate you tried our game, if you have not tried the (bug free)fresh version of this game the link is in the comments below.

I really appreciate that you shared your work with us. We wont try to take ownership of this project.

Can you please share your Source Code with us. It will help us improve our knowledge about unity.

We are having really hard time making a good background music for our game. Can we use some free musics in our game?
