The premise providing for graphics of different people, and then the mechanic making you focus on their design was my favorite part. I actually liked the music at first, but, yes, at some point the square waves did a number on my ears so thank you for the “S” :)

Very cool that you wrote an engine in WebAssembly–I’ve been learning it and am hoping to get there myself. I enjoyed the small tile map constraint you point out, small enough that as I was playing in the back of my mind I couldn’t help thinking through the possibilities and then enjoying each next level even more to see what you came up with. Also enjoyed the harmonics-heavy music, and that the moose sound was relatively quiet, still a moose cry but overall the game stays meditative. And the graphics too. Seems like you put together a great team.

Well done! I liked this right from the controls screen (where “awsd” is indicated by the offset of the “w” vs the centered arrows). Nice detail of the turning planet as the stars move to the left. You were able to make 64x64 feel spacious.

Definitely going to spend more time with this one! Intriguing mechanic, and I really like the grayscale graphics. The music and use of text really set the mood.

Brilliant game mechanic! Graphics are just right, too. Details like the acceleration of the “enemies” also really nice. Excellent.
