Hacking a chest/shrine with "From Omar With Love" while having a gesture of the drowned, uses up all additional charges granted by fuel cells.

The item feels too powerful as a green. My suggestion is to make it red and increase the amount of crit it gives you on first pick up.

When you are in possession of Ceremony of Perdition/Devil's Cry, have maxed crit chance and have a few items to proc (for example ukulele/perforator) it creates infinite proc chains.
