I don’t think so, but I’d definitely welcome community-contributed translations :D

Hello! I'm not entirely sure what might be causing this issue. I found a few similar questions that may help:

According to these posts, it seems that downloading the game through your browser, rather than the itch.io app, may resolve the problem.
Hello, I released my second game over a month ago, but it still hasn’t been indexed.

With my first game, I experienced a similar issue and even posted about it here.
I’ve read the pinned thread and told myself that maybe my game isn’t good enough, and I need to work harder...
However, today, while browsing the list of newly indexed games, I noticed many games from new developers, with few views, were indexed right after release. This makes me wonder — is my game really worse than theirs? Why hasn’t it been indexed yet?
If possible, I would appreciate some help. Thank you very much!
Well, I have the answer.
In general, if you pay $10, you can freely download all files that cost less than or equal to $10, regardless of the version.
However, this function does not count the total amount you pay. If you pay twice with the amount of $2 and $8, you can only download files with a maximum price of $8, not the total number 2+8 = $10 that you want.
So, there will be a problem if I increase the price later, for example to $12. Then clients who have paid $10 will have to pay exactly $12 more to download this file, they cannot pay just $2 more to download it.
I promise not to increase the price, just keep it the same or reduce it :D
Oh, I see, I understand now.
Let me ask one more thing: if I change my game to a paid game and set the price to less than or equal to $10, for example, $8, will those who have previously purchased individual files for $10 be considered to have purchased the game and be able to download any files I upload in the future?
Hey there,
In my game https://mr-igame.itch.io/the-secret-of-mom-and-me, I use the "Set a different price for this file" checkbox to set a different price for the latest version files that I want to charge for. I set a common price for these files and have no intention of changing the price.
But recently, one of my customers complained that doing so would cause them to pay for my game multiple times every time I release a new update. Is that true? And if so, how can I fix it so that the people who have purchased my game can download the later versions for free?
Oh, I didn't know about this. From what I found out, it seems that as long as you pay a total amount equal or higher than the set price, you can download any file, even if it's from different versions.
@all: Someone who has purchased version 0.6.0, please verify for me if you can download version 0.6.5?
If you guys have indeed purchased version 0.6.0 but cannot download version 0.6.5, I can send you the download link via email :)

Because English is not my native language, I am quite hesitant to maintain a group chat. I created a group, but in the end I left it there and didn't use it, hehe =]]
Hello,
I published a game over a week ago but I still can't search my game on itch.io.
I have read the article https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed and thought I have followed the instructions correctly.
Here is my game:

I sent an email to support 5 days ago but no response.
Because my game is "hardcore" NSFW, I think I violated some policy without my knowledge. Please check and let me know the reason so I can fix it.
Thanks in advance for your help.
