Hello everyone!
I have participated in a couple of jams. I am planning to use a rust based game engine such as bevy. I am new to rust and bevy. I have some amount of experience in using blender for 3D modelling. I want to form a team in which everyone can get their hands on all the aspects of game development i.e game programming, 3D modelling, Audio, UI design etc and we need not be restricted to a single aspect. Anyone interested in rust or bevy and looking for a team?
Thankyou for the feedback! Good to know that you were able to complete the game. Also, I want to inform that you may travel to either the left or right portal when in the first dimension (the starting dimension) and it wont make any difference whereas in the second dimension you need to be careful as the left side portal takes you 2 days back (which we need) in time and the right one takes you two days forward in time.
The game was very good and maybe you could use it as a prototype for something big in the future. Specifically liked the art and the concept. I have a doubt, are we not supposed to turn large angles, as when I was playing the game I was not able to turn left beyond a certain point. Wishing you the best!
Hi,
Glad that you have tried the game. Actually its very simple, you can travel two days into the past or future from the second dimension, the alternate dimension. In the second dimension, the portal at the left takes you two days into the past, while the one at right takes you two days into the future. There are two different portals in the first dimension (one at right and one at left) that could be used to get into the second dimension and it doesn't make any difference which one you use. You can also interact with people using space key to get clues. Hope it is clear. Yeah, I would like to play yours too!
