I'm thrilled that Bullwhip is finally released! I remember when it was just an idea years ago at the beginning. Already in love with it, and the start was fantastic! You can tell there was a lot of work put into making this visual novel. Best wishes for the development! <3

Well, that went pretty dark in "The Path". The worldbuilding in this VN is so great, those side stories give an extra layer to the entire image. I wonder how this story will continue on Hiro's route.

They are in a brothel shop

Imagine your prisoners in your basement could work in a brothel as exotic entertainment, I wish there would be more option with them than simply living in your basement

The one that gives light, is named "witch's amulet". 

I don't think there is 3rd amulet, she only is giving you a witch's amulet and mind amulet the other 2 in the game are given by Othra (glowing amulet and orsu amulet)

I saw some of you have a problem with how the brothel works so I look up through the code and you need to (spoilers below):

1. You must be after 80 days, check the brothel and wait a week to open (just like it is written in patch notes)

2. To get access to the archway you need to interact with personnel, do some work for the receptionist, etc.

3. If you want to work for Lady Ebony Cerice you need to watch for your stats and level

You must have your level below 100 and your appearance/endurance/intellect/agility/charisma must be below 50 if you are above try using cheats (preferences->cheat code) and use Burned Cookies to decrease your stats.

And you must pass her requirements (not all):

- appearance >=12 +1 (diffrend text if you have appearance >= 20 or below 12)

- charisma >=20 +1

- endurance >=20 +1

- endurance <10 -1

- agility >=20 +1

- intellect <10 -1

- ExpAss() >=3 +1 (Anal, Sexual Experience)

- ExpCock() >=3 +1 (Cock, Sexual Experience)

- ExpMouth() >=3 +1 (Mouth, Sexual Experience)

- ExpErotism() >=2 +1 (Erotism, Battle Experience)

You need to get 5 points from her examination to pass.

Some "hidden" things are easy to miss after the first try like:

- Only on Saturday you will get one extra male dancer if Country Road is finished and no workers were harmed

- Xilbert (that guy at gallery) is acting suspiciously if you snooze after sex with him (it's a random event)

- Shop will have some different items if you save all workers in the Country Road event or when you are female (don't worry they are not worth starting a new game)

- Dancers have 2 different scenes if you toss them roses

- Lady Cerice has a random event when you can get easily rich, you need to enter the archway until Lady Cerice will be talking about her look and your opinion about her, if you equip nymph wig (you need 30 Nymph's Hair and go to Rose to make you a wig) she will offer to you 15,000 Gold and 2500 in Entice Roses the same amount you will get if you equip witch amulet if you equip both nymph wig and witch amulet you will get 35,000 Gold and 7000 in Entice Roses, but be aware that it's a one-time event and you can only sell her items once after that you will lose them. Other events depending on what you wear are when you are naked or when you wear harem pants (dirty).

The new update is on fire!

Interesting that Barel got promoted from niche character to character with relationship (and maybe love interest in the future), his scene in our house was hot.

The best part was the orc part quest with Nameless and his mindfuck with us and Orgram, I wonder what adventures Hyao has in plans with him and his shenanigans with other characters.

And on top of that, we got a new artist!

That's what I saw in code to trigger this event:

bar_sawmill_bandit.number<-1 = Bottom Logan (Top has 1 value)

bar_caleb_fucking_logan.limit>=1 = after you approve Caleb the value will change to 2 and it should trigger again (disapprove will change the value to -1 and you will not see that scene again)

The event is random so maybe you just get bad luck.

Did you speak with Caleb about Logan after the first glory hole with them? You should get the option "approve" or "disapprove"

SPOILERS ABOUT "HUNTING CONTEST"

If you have some problems with winning the contest by Xeroth or by other lizard husbando here are the events that will give you points to your lizards, the best way is to go to all of them it might be hard at first but it is possible, there is a shortcut that will help you

To create an Aphrodisiac you need:

Ingredient 1 = Water Lilly

Ingredient 2 = Blue Essence

Ingredient 3 = Succubus Leaf

Ingredient 4 = ------------

Ingredient 5 = Green Essence

Right now there is nothing :(

I FOUND THE SOLUTION FOR THE XER AND RHOT TRAINING!!!!!

So, I spend definitely too much time on this but the problem is within the code itself, the easiest solution for the problem is:

-DON'T GO TO LIZARD WARRIORS AT THE WEEKEND IN THIS UPDATE, if you go only once and the first event: Training will show off then you need to load the previous file, you will know if you started it in your current save (better save before going to warriors) if the only thing you get is a conversation between Rhot and Xer if you go to talk Rhot.

- First, you need to go Xeroth (He nedd to win the contest) and talk to him about "Last Contest"

- On the next day around 8:00 - 11:59 at the weekend go to Rhot he will be angry about Xeroth why he is absent

- Go back to Xeroth hideout and you will get a scene with him

- Now you can sleep another day for another dialog with Xeroth Talk: "Training with Lizards" and Task: "Sleeping Issues" (note: don't talk about the Last Contest before you talk about Training it will make the option about Training disappear)

The funny thing is when you go to Rhot and he will be angry about Xeroth and you leave and will go back to "Approach Warriors" the event: Training will trigger with Xeroth and Rhot while he is still sleeping in his hideout.

Now you are free to go and play and don't need to read the text about the code below :)

So, I was messing with code (don't worry, the solution above works with the official version), after many attempts to make it work (I'm not a real programmer, yet!) I saw where was the problem when the value is

" $ ruin_rhot_xer_training.number = 1 " 

then the program will read always this next line "if ruin_rhot_xer_training.number == 1"

 It will cause a problem where it will not trigger line "elif ruin_xer_lizard_training.limit == 2".

For this, I changed the code that firstly will read "if ruin_xer_lizard_training.limit" and later will read "elif ruin_rhot_xer_training.number == 1" 

With that it gives us an option to talk to Xeroth about "Last Contest" and then Rhot will be always angry about Xeroth even if accidentally approach warriors and start event: Training.

I'm aware that it might be not the best solution, I don't program in Ren'Py (that was my first time, lol) and I still must learn a lot. ( I'm sorry Hyao for messing with your code, don't hate me :<)

In almost all cases event: Training triggers with Xeroth and Rhot together what I need to unlock talk: Training I need a version of the event: Training where Rhot is alone and is waiting for Xeroth

I was loading previous files before Xeroth and Rhot will train together for the first time, I was checking warrior lizards and going to Rhot until he said that Xeroth is not here, It was Saturday around 9:00 am

After many attempts I got mine but I think it's a random event that is badly implemented when he overslept  for his training it happened to me only once

It's still not working if you go to his hideout BUT I triggered it when Xeroth was asleep, Rhot will be waiting for him then you have the talk option "Training" with Xeroth at his hideout after that I could finish the quest: "Sleeping Issues". The problem with this event is that he needs to oversleep and I think is badly implemented because when I was recreating* step by step what I previously did to trigger it Xeroth was awake and was with Rhot, maybe it's random I don't know.

*I was sleeping to 9:00 am on Saturday and was visiting Rhot who was waiting for Xeroth. I was loading previous saves before for the first time event: "Training" with Xeroth and Rhot will trigger, but it happened only once for me :/

I completed Lizard treasure a long time ago and I let Xeroth win the contest, the newest  (guest writer) contend with Xeroth only triggers Event: Training, second one Talk: Training is not triggering, the only thing is when you go to Rhot and Xeroth say that player should go to Rhot hut and Rhot is annoyed by the lewdness of Xeroth.

Try to occupy other Lizards

I don't know how to trigger "Talk: Training" I was trying:

- Checking every hour

- Checking talk option with all Lizards

- Sparring, training with warriors and all

The only thing that triggers is the first event when you "Approach Warriors" and the second is when Rhot and Xeroth are talking when you go to "Talk to Rhot". 

I demand a fight with Orgram where we can tease him! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Also, can we get an option to corrupt Scrap giving him corrupted water or something to get access to "Bath time!", I didn't know after it's too late that after we save him from Ratking we don't have more options with him.

I see a new update: YES!

I see new big orcs and access to orc village: YES!YES!YES!

It's just an introduction for the next updates: NOOOoooo ;_;

If you hide him from the Rat King then there are no new scenes with him only if you let him be captured by the Rat King he has the new scenes like "bath time".

Fingers crossed for Vampires update

Finally, after a long wait, I can play the game again ^-^ .

The best improvements in the game after the update:

- Making potions is even easier, especially for the new people starting the game.

- Bigger Pictures when someone is talking to you (now I can admire Korg in all his glory).

- Cheat codes for those who don't like to grind (I prefer playing without cheats though).

- Multiple quests, that's the best change I love it.

- We can see what recipes we can craft from the book.

There is only one thing I don't like:

- The look of the relations page, for now, it feels empty when we are looking through characters and I preferred old looking with bars, It was more clear if we have high like or dislike points with character (please don't hate me ;_;).

Thanks for the update it's great and it shows how far the game is evolving with time.

I have one question about Scrap and his character, there is a time when we can (*spoilers*) talk to Rat King about a recent incident when he is found by another rat, we can choose to lie or tell the truth to Rat King and later we can rescue Scrap from the other rats or we can let them take him to Rat King and being corrupted by him, if we chose to rescue him there is no more content for him only his corrupted path have more content like a conversation about his treasure, if he ever thought leaving the junkyard and bath time. Does his corrupted path is his main path, like Logan's main path, is to not let him go to bandits? There should also be a warning that our decision is about to change his personality and will affect further relation with him just like we have the warning with Logan if we wanted to encourage or discouraged him.

It would be fun for having Emerine Golem as a companion or he could be our second green guardian in the house, at last Korg could have his sparring partner. I wonder where the plot will be going when the long break ends.

I like the new dungeon system design and that some locations will require from us high stats to reach.
I wonder if our new "friend" is good or evil, he helped us a little by telling us some information and giving us a gift, hope we will get more interaction with him like with other characters. 
There is only one thing I didn't found out, maybe I missed it but it was Poison Extract and Antitoxic. Did someone found out how to make these two? I don't need them thanks to the guide with recipes, but I'm just curious if that was implemented in the game.

You wrote so much that we could get a whole update dedicated only for Christmas with this.

Love every update that we are getting. It's amazing how the game has improved within a year.
I like the werewolf content in this update, love how silly Caleb can be, I wonder if another big werewolf update will be trying to save Serena (Logan's wife) from werewolves in the forest or we will save them from her (that would be funny).

Hi,  first of all, thank you Hyao for a free gift and a big update! 
Finally, we have got a character like Everett who has a similar "hobby" outside of his main profession like us, I hope we will get a really close relationship with him and his big friend. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

As I saw in the comments below we definitely need more hot group activities like in the bandit camp! There were some good ideas like messing with satyrs or lizards in the temple. I recall during a quest "find three missing acolytes" if you took a place of a poor lizard acolyte the bad ones were saying that they will arrange something for you and others.

Keep up the good work Hyao and remember you all to stay safe and keep distance in present times!

Small tip: For love potion content with Xeroth (and every time when he gets his update), better check his normal and dominant content to not miss anything!

I like Bareshade improvements, involving other characters in the fair, Rhot is such a cheater! And Feliar is still mysterious to me, we could go search his house when is empty and find out what he is hiding, I like finding a job too for our 2 side characters and a more intimate approach with them, take your time Hyao with writing. 
With each update, we are closer to Northcrest and Orc village where we can show all our skills as a "herbalist". 
A little *spoiler* for those who didn't find out, you can go during a fair to Caleb in the old barn for additional interaction.

We are gonna need a new bigger place eventually if there will be more guys in the house or simply we will upgrade our place. :D

You can always save your game before love potion event and load after that. There is more with him in the werewolf event, but to get more "steamy" scenes you need to let him change, after the event, when he got a cure and he is back in the village there is a new variation with him in hunting event.

To met Rat King you must complete the "Rats!" quest from Bartender (Harold) and explore the area close the entrance in Tavern basement, after that there should be an event where you find a tunnel where you can go to a junkyard and meet the king in all his glory.

Love the game improvements, now we can make potions faster. And there is so much new content in this patch, love the Zoroj works and praise the Hyao for work on this gem. :D
