We're looking for any proof and beta readers who can give constructive feedback for the script of our upcoming visual novel, Love Amidst the Timeless Rift!

Love Amidst the Timeless Rift is a romantic comedy where you, the player, need to escape time stops by... confessing your secrets?! Our game is being made for Yaoi Game Jam 2023 and as such, we are aiming to complete the base game in about 2.5 weeks. Afterwards, development of the game may continue but for now, we're just focusing on that 2.5 week deadline.

As proof/beta readers, your main task will be to look over the script and identify grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, as well as just giving your thoughts on the script itself ("This part isn't clear to me because...", "The flow of this sentence is off...", etc). Although there will probably be lots of typos and missing words, we would greatly appreciate your feedback on the bigger questions, such as:

• Is the story engaging for you?
• Do the characters seem real?
• Do they talk and behave in a consistent manner?
• Are there specific sections that bore you?
• How is the pacing?

and so on and so forth.

All of these positions are unpaid as this is a free-work/hobby project.

Hello! I'm part of a team that's working on a visual novel, Love Amidst the Timeless Rift.

Our game is being made for Yaoi Game Jam 2023 and as such, we are aiming to complete the base game in about 1.5 months. Afterwards, development of the game may continue but for now we're just focusing on that 1.5 month deadline.

So... Who are you looking for?

Right now these roles need to be fufilled:
- Artist (CG)  Fulfilled!
- Composer (Orchestral)
- UI Designer

For the artist:
We're looking for artists that can draw CGs in a painting style. Our game consists of many nature elements, so you will likely draw flowers, leaves, wood, etc. etc. We currently have designs and sprites for our characters, so you will be provided with these references.

For the composer:
Our game is set in a fantasy world, so we'll be looking for something orchestral or classical. We will need about 3 tracks minimum, they don't have to be long, but they do need to be loopable.

For the UI designer:
We're looking for someone who can design a nature-esque fantasy UI for ren'py. We will need the main menu screen, preferences screen, dialogue box, as well as each of the respective buttons, sliders, radio boxes, etc. There are some UI sketches already, so you may build off of what we have at the moment. 

All of these positions are unpaid as this is a free-work/hobby project.

The guidelines set for the Yaoi Game Jam seem fairly inclusive, but they do not mention polyamory or polygamy so I wanted to ask for clarification, since this is an issue that is controversial to some.
