Insanely smooth intro and menu transitions. Great timing between the music and enemies. Love the style 👍

Got all the way to the purple tongue transformation! That grappling sequence unfortunately killed me a lot...

Nice job on the levels and character controller! The music is also really smooth, getting more intense between levels.

Really slick! Love the small polish like the shadows underneath the characters.

That's the irony! It's not done :) Thanks for checking it out

Got to the end of the world :)

Nice game! Really nice style and generally pleasant experience. Got probably 6 levels in before I got to that 3rd level in your screenshots and quit :P Gonna stare at the source for a while

I grew up with Descent, so this definitely tickled me :)

Thanks a lot! :)

Yeah... Rapier physics really doesnt like me turning on CCD which would likely solve these glitches. Currently animals going at sufficient speeds can phase through the level. I hacked a 1 animal lenience into the code to compensate to meet the deadline

Thanks, glad to hear!

Love the little contextual pushing animation :)

Thanks! I DID have animations for the dog at least but Blender -> .gltf -> Bevy export wasn't timing multiple animations properly and ultimately I had to scrap it for time. Back in the git history you can find a point at which I was hacking the animation timing to work but it felt pretty sketchy.

Level 11 and 12 are definitely f-ck off hard XD. I think this shape cutting/fitting process is giving me analogs to starting codebases and then later having to work with the innate bullshit that spawned from making well-meaning initial decisions. This is the last time I try fitting a cat into a seal.

Got up to level 18, definitely got stuck on the first double-colored one and the concept that yellow + black = dark-green

46% club

Just ran around doing the can can :) Optimal strategy

Great atmosphere, props and lighting! Got out of the garage after some tinkering, the ring puzzles definitely didn't click - at some point I realized that the next area was available, where's a zelda do-do-do-doo sound when you need it

Love the simple concept, I think with AI generated art? Gotta get me a skull fondue sometime.
