This is the only 3-D game I played that actually worked. The movement could use some polish but works well enough. Falling down can get very frustrating so having some way to get back up to where you have already been more easily would be nice. The quality of the game was the highest of any that I played, it had only 1 bug that I encountered and it was not a major one (the platform that you mention lacking collision) the music, voice acting, and sound effects were better than any of the other games I played. It was also one of a few I played that had adjustable volume letting me comfortably play the game without having to mute it.
