thank you! I really appreciate you taking the time, and glad you enjoyed it : )

hey, thanks for playing! i uploaded a windows build (can't make mac right now) - the link is up above. i have a build working on steam deck that i've been playing around with, so i understand about having it on the go.

hope that works for you : ) - i'd love to hear any high scores, feedback, etc. if you have any. enjoy!

Very cool! I love the art style and the overall concept. Here's some thoughts:

- I didn't always understand movement rules, like the train blocking you at the very beginning. I was also confused about having to stay on the road.
- I expected adjacent zombies to maybe attack me eventually, especially if I did something like smash a car window.

- I was surprised at the mechanic of sacrificing inventory items to fight the zombies - felt like I wanted the ability to fight with my hands, even if there was a high chance of getting hurt.

Looking forward to see where you go with everything!

omg finally did it with a single big beefy scorium!

so good, awesome game : ) i love the polish on the cards, music, sfx, overall mood.

thanks for playing and i appreciate the comment!

picky feedback welcome, it's all helpful : )

thank you!

nice :)

thanks for taking the time to write this out : ) i hope to keep improving the balance in future iterations. and thanks for playing multiple builds of the game.

i did make this build easier than previous builds to see how that felt. i'll have to keep experimenting with that.

no worries at all on giving lots of feedback! on the contrary, I EXTREMELY appreciate you taking the time to write all this. I don't talk to a ton of people who've made it all the way to the end, so your feedback is invaluable. thanks so much for getting into the nitty gritty details 💖

not many people make it that far. would love to hear any feedback you might have : )

🤘🏽

thanks for playing and for taking the time to leave a comment : )

1. I agree about the placement. I hope to try some things out with that in the next update.

2. Difficulty levels are interesting! I'd probably lean towards making the main version a little easier, then do some ascension type stuff a la Slay the Spire.

3. Sandbox mode is a fun idea! It could be sort of like the setup screen in Civilization hehe.

Good shiz : ) I like all the changes you made since playtest night.
The crabs are great.

How much damage does a normal blue peg do?

cool cool - wanted to make sure it worked. will delete these comments eventually 👽

thanks again for sticking with the whole game!

nice : ) did you... get to see the thing?

congrats, and thanks for playing : )

can you try pressing LeftShift and 7 when you're on that screen? that should do it as far as i know. thanks for checking it out : )

oh my gosh! so sorry that happened to you after getting so far in the game. I will be looking into that to fix it on the next release (though uploading new builds unfortunately deletes saves).

there is nothing that happens at 100% in this build, but there is on the experimental branch: https://newbeings.itch.io/order-automatica-beta

(it's what i've been working on recently).

you can use the Hotkeys For Skipping Stuff listed in the description above to unlock everything in the experimental branch and skip to the end if you'd like.

either way, thank you so much for playing through everything and for taking the time to leave a comment. if you have any thoughts on the game i'd love to hear them, but either way, thanks again!

Thanks for checking it out!

Thanks for playing!

thanks! the music is a cover of something secret 🧙🏽‍♂️

i love steam deck too... we'll see! maybe someday hehe

thanks for playing : )

heck yea, really cool game : )

this game is great! I like many of your games! thanks for making them!

Really cool!

I know you commented months ago, so sorry for the delay, but I just pushed a fix for this : ) Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Thanks so much for playing, and for taking the time to comment, and make a video! I really appreciated being able to watch someone play and talk through their thoughts : )

I'm pretty sure I fixed this in the most recent release. Thank you again for taking the time to comment!

Thanks for taking taking the time to play and leave a comment ❤️ glad you enjoyed it.

I do hope to add more some time, and I already have some ideas : )

Yooooooo, thanks!

This is an amazing write up! 💖

I actually made a game inspired by some of your stuff that is about translating alien speech audio. I actually thought this game might be about that when you first posted it! It'd be really wild to do something like that more proceedurally.

🤟 Get to work!

Hehe well done. My posted score for intern is 183. Thanks for streaming it!

oooooo shit! that's tremendous - what difficulty?

and I'm very happy you enjoy it : )

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write a comment 💗

The new drawing behavior was actually deliberate based on watching some in-person playtests. I think it's the least confusing for new players.

But I think you're totally right about having flexibility there, and it's really cool to hear your strategies : )

I think the best solution would be to leave the current thing as the default drawing behavior, but then have another hotkey that draws up to 3 busts for advanced players like you. And then also leave the draw 1 button as right click, or another hotkey.

I'll get these in on the next update. Thanks for playing! Those are some mega scores 👁️
