There shouldn't be anything wrong with the file. Maybe your Windows Defender or other Antivirus software flagged it wrong? We aren't officially registered in a software shop or anything similar, so that can happen. Have you tried following the Install instructions we have on the page here?

I had such a good time. If you want a beautifully written dark romance, that is also atmospheric, has wonderful music and just immerses you into it's tale, world and the turmoil of the characters emotions, please give this a try.

Hi! I wasn't even aware there was a manga of the same name. It's an original story. I am aware of a movie with the same title, but story wise they're pretty different. Hope you have fun playing it :3 

hi! I'm the lead dev. Could it be you're using the itch io app? I never tested it on the itch io app. When you directly download the zip folder from the itch io webpage, it should work. We haven't had any problems for the 1+ year it's been on here, so I'm wondering why it's showing empty for you. A friend also just told me it can happen that Window Defender might delete some downloaded files automatically, so I would check that too, just in case

Thank you so much for playing our game and even going back to get all the endings! The silhouettes do fit the eerie atmosphere we wanted to create for our story, but it was also a decision regarding scope, to finish it in a month! But your point is valid, Siglind and Miltraud do play a huge rule.

The widow's shadow introduces its mystery in seconds, and hooks you fast. Each scene is integrated nicely into the build up. The ending we got was very satisfying and the pacing is very well done. Also the choices for music are awesome! The sound effects really fit the vibe and steps sfx for example are well timed with the sprite's movements. Really recommend it! 

The love for older shoujo manga is present in every detail of this game. Yamino's long experience as a comic artist shines through in the character design and the wonderful character expressions. It's a delight to play and I can only recommend you play it!
