Yeah i have the same problem, probably because you also need a pck-file. But windows for a reason doesn't compress the folder to zip, so that version probably won't work.
You don't need to aim up. The raycast hits the enemies. But to answer the question, it's meant to be a bit like DooM, the original, and you can't aim up there either. BTW which platform are you using?
