Thank you, we're glad you enjoyed it :)

Oh I see. I hope you will find the time to finish it :)

Thanks! :)

Thank you! Tried to polish the movement as much as I could in that time limit, and keep the game dynamic enough even for players with multiple runs, and this speed control solution felt really organic to me :)

Yeah, it is!
By the way amazing style choice! Made me chuckle imagining how you drew this on paper, scanned it, and said: This will be our level. And you literally made it a level  :D

Yeah, thanks
The very first level is really hard to get head wrapped around, but at least the sounds he makes absolutely match with mine haha

Thanks for updating, now it works!
Nice, simple platformer. The controls may feel a bit unresponsive, but other than that - good job on finishing

very hard because of the time constraints :(
The fact that the text shifts constantly makes it even harder. Can you make the typed letter always stay in one place?

Oh no, very unoptimised for low-end pc's, barely runs on my laptop. I could at least suggest adding graphics settings

nice entry, simple and to the point

very heavy, unoptimised  game and unclear instructions :(

amazing script and voice acting lol

haha gameplay is amazing. I can't understand a thing but very fun

Yesterday for some reason refreshing did nothing :(
Today - it worked, but it doesn't seem possible to climb to the platform before the ladder on the first level?

No problems :)

Replayed it, yeah, got the gameplay you wanted to go for. Nice concept, nice game, explored the levels a bit. The only issue - is that gameplay-wise there is not much reason to explore the game after you unlock the second level. Although that would probably require a big big overhaul, so speaking in the terms of jam deadlines - done quite well
Oh and that twist on the second level  - NOT COOL MAN NOT  COOL :D But that little trolling got me
Seems like it was just the shop in the tutorial that was not working . Maybe would be  a bit more obvious to let the player try it in the tutorial?

Yeah it works now, thanks! Also big apprecciation for the web support.
The belonging icons are certainly the biggest positive addition. Figured out the stealing mechanics this time.

I would suggest that the skip in the beginning would skip first to the loaded dialogue, and then to the next screen, and not to the game, as without instructions impatient player will have a have  a hard time figuring what's going on.
Also - I won a bunch of stuff, but apparently there is nothing going on after it just lists them all? I feel like the huge improvement would be to at least show how good the player did by counting them all,  or even assigning them all prices, and showing how good player did compared to other bidders? Or you can just leave it as is as the art is subjective lol.

Still, I feel like some sort of final screen would be a nice finisher. Thanks for the updates!

I know that feeling - got carried away and did not do any playtesting too in my first jam haha. Maybe a bit more experience and we'll learn how to avoid it :)

The barriers in the middle were lasers? The I guess yeah, them

Thank you for the feedback, we're thinking about an expansion too :)

Thank you so much! :)

Thank you! We tried to make it as entertaining as we could :)
I am curious about my next jam too haha. SURELY we can't be choosing the same jam for the THIRD time in a row, can we? :D

No problems! hope you will succeed in optimisation more in your next projects :)

sure, you're welcome :)

Not sure what happened in your team that made you stop this project, but this looks like in the beginning it had a lot of heart going in - that animated thingie in the beginning, the fact that you had nice assortment of assets. A shame, but I hope you had fun while it lasted

Also - closing settings by button seems to break the game, and the music is set to 0 by default - if you did not mention that I wouldn't have known it existed

It got me too haha

..nothing happens?

simple and nice entry, good job :)

soundtrack and cover art are awesome! the game is pretty simple and could use some polishing, but still quick and nice to play

ah got it haha, thanks for the tip

Yep, better already, no problems :)

Oh I just assumed that killing everyone in time would be near impossible as they respawn constantly, and you can't see the timer to time that perfectly

Thanks! Will be looking forward for updates!

Liked  the core concept! Although really lacks cure agents to make the plague playthrough challenging. And played a bit with proportions but couldn't figure out the other two endings :(

atmosphere turned out extremely good! the gameplay with physics was just a cherry on top :)
But please make the text on game page brighter, it is very hard to read

Controls don't work :(

Oh, you plan on developing it further, nice to hear! Will be looking forward to that

It works! Though crashes when the timer runs out :( Did I win anything? I wanna knooow
That is one hell of an intro though haha

On the stumbles - I would maybe explain the rules in a visual diagram kind of fashion, and the bidding rules were a bit weird. So, I get the item if my ticket outranks whatever was placed on the item? would be very helpful if I could see which ones are mine

(1 edit)

I'll just include the screenshot

or not lol

"Unable to initialize Vulkan video drier" Your video card drivers seem not to support the required Vulkan version

Another developer had the same issue in the jam - as far as I understand he just changed the renderer to the lowest option, and it started working on lower-end gpus

(1 edit)

Oh, does godot allow to change project renderer in the middle of the work? If that won't be too big of a hassle I would be curious to try
Well, the edits are still open, but you can just upload it after the voting, or make a link somewhere accessible?
edit: thanks, let me try

Glad our intention worked :) Thanks!
