can someone please help, i sent a email and a message on her 12 hours ago, i have dowloaded the app, paid for the game, downloaded it, but it wont run. Please can someone help to why this is happening, and what i can do to fix it.

so what i have done from the start, purchased the game, set up my account, downloaded the app, then downloaded the game, but just does not want t o load. its states on the app last time i played, but obviously i haven't.

not sure if down to settings but hopefully will get some help 

i have emailed them, so i hope i get a reply
