I actually found that for me, the CD32 version works best on my 060 A1200 with Squirrel SCSI CD drive.  No graphical corruption, CD music (which IMO is amazing!) plays  fine the whole time.  It also runs fine on my A4k, but I need to sort out the CD audio connections on that one.

Okay, so on my A1200, I have tried CGX v4 (full install from the original CD). I've tried V3 from aminet, I've also tried the CGX install from the both the OS3.5 and 3.9 CDs, and no dice.  Always the same cannot find cybergraphics.library v37.  None of them show as v37 - all show as v4x.xx etc.  They are all called cgxsystem.library.  Can you tell me the exact file I need and where I can locate it, as I'm clearly doing something wrong?

I get these glitches as well - not every time though.  Also, if you can get as far as the next loading point, it normally clears up again for me at least.  I'm using a real CD32, with a 50Mhz TF330.  Very impressed overall - amazing effort!

Good work,  got it working on A4000 with BFG9060 and ZZ9000.  It's a bit stuttery, but it works!  Haven't got it working on A1200 with Blizzard 1260 yet.  It complains about cybergraphx.library not being present.  Does it need this library regardless of the fact my A1200 is AGA only?

Actually - I dug out my original PC CD-Rom - The scores.mix file on there is ~57Mb.  Anyway with the latest v2_WIP, it loads, and I can hear the background music etc, but as with the previous version, the screen is blank.

Hi Arcziii,

Its still crashing, but I don't have the smaller version of SCORES.MIX - where can I obtain it from?

cheers

Okay,

thanks for this!

It does get a little further.  After the intro, the screen goes black, however after a while and quite a bit of loading, I can hear - what I assume - is the background music from the main game menu.

I did leave the system for quite a while to see if anything would happen, but it just stayed like that for 30mins or so until I re-booted.

Okay, no worries.

Ah, no probs I suspected as much.

Another update

tried both executables on my ZZ9000/A3660 (no FPU though)  equipped A4000, both versions crash almost  immediately (suspend/reboot) .

RIVA works fine, but is a bit choppy.

Slight update moved codecs_68k to c: instead of libs: and the intro videos play if I use the vanillatd version.  After this however, blank screen and nothing more, eventually machine reboots

with vacillatd_no_vamp version - no intro videos, blank screen, lots of loading eventually the machine reboots.

Good afternoon, and thanks for the effort to bring C&C to the Amiga at last!Like Lord.76 I have a VampireV2 1200, and get a black screen.

Plenty of HDD activity, eventually the machine re-boots

This is with player.ini configured to use Riva (I replaced the included non vamp version with the Vampire version, still no joy)

Using froggerNG it gets a bit further but complains about being unable to initialise video codec (mpgv.xp) which I can click okay to, it then complains about (unknown audio codec: (0x 55)

Codecs_68x have been copied to libs/

If I manually launch froggerNG, it is able to play all the C&C videos I tried in a 300x200 window.

I'm using Gold core 2.12 x12

KS 45:64

WB: 45.3

Workbench 3.9/Amikt XE  11.5 for real Amiga.

Sorry for long post, thought the info may help!

Great port, great music!  Love the fact that the Amiga is still getting new developments in the 21st century!
