Cool simple game! The style and overall vibe is really nice, makes up for the gameplay not being that engaging.

Great job and thanks!

Very cool game! The concept seems like a very obvious execution of the jam’s theme, but it works really well. The simple artstyle and sound effects really suit the game as well.

I did not enjoy some of the precision platforming, especially that some parts required me to go inside the spikes to make the jump, which feels unpolished and like a strange design decision.

Thank you for the game!

Thank you for the kind words and feedback!

Incredible, excellent idea and amazingly executed, the art and sound design are perfect. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Thank you for playing and for the review!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback! Sorry you didn’t have a good time. Your criticisms are definitely fair, we did consider introducing a different mechanic for the black platforms, but in the end we decided to keep them the same but add them to the later stages to show the “corruption” progressing.

Oh no, sorry you weren’t able to finish the game! It’s not supposed to be extremely hard, but we’re aware that some of the platforms are placed in a way that make it really difficult to make some of the jumps.

Thank you for your kind words, after the voting period we might release a version of the game with the platforming challenges tweaked so they’re not as frustrating.

Oh no, I’m sorry, the level design in that section is indeed quite frustrating. It is definitely not ideal, thanks for the feedback.

Thank you for playing the game!

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback!

We do have some things (like coyote time) in our movement code so we are a little forgiving, but you are absolutely right that a fully featured game should have far more polished platforming.

The game looks charming, I like the simple pixelart artstyle. There also seems to be quite a cool story underneath, I like how the dialogue is written, although I’m not sure I exactly get it! And though I finished the game, I don’t really understand the time changing mechanic either. :(

It seems like you guys really needed more time to polish the game up, but it’s a fun little game nonetheless.

Thanks!
