True true, I got my PB down to an 89 on baby tho. Was mostly playing on baby to try and get down some damage boosts, there's one that can skip an entire climb but it's really tough to do.

Could probably get a Pro run done if I could get past that dynamite section, lol

Super fun game! Did a little speedrun for fun, could improve by a lot but this was a decent enough first completed run

Edit: Also including my more recent run, sub 100 IGT is neat:

very cool

Awesome game, would be cool to see a level editor of some sorts. Also love the speedrun mode, I am a speedrunner of a ton of games and always enjoy seeing games that have these sorts of in game time friendly modes, and seeing pace is awesome too. I tried a few runs, let me know how I did and great job with this game!

I'm not sure if this is a thing in other areas but certain walls that connect two rooms of Lazy River (most noticeable when you're in the section with the water park elements and the bridge) have small gaps that can be seen through, like the rooms are just barely not perfectly aligned. It's a small issue but just figured I'd mention it, good luck on the full release!

I'm not fully sure why this happens but there are certain places in the game where you can slide across objects without holding forward at all, but you lose the ability to jump, as if what you're walking on isn't actually ground. This occurs most noticeably on diving board steps and the very edge of almost any platform, but through speedrunning I've actually found out that you can do it anywhere in the game by pressing jump, then jumping again just as you land on the ground. Sounds like a cool little timesave yeah? Well...turns out, if you had an area with a low enough ceiling...uhh, well, let's just say the game doesn't like it.

Unquestionably the final minute barrier broken (unless lockers has some crazy untapped potential ), insane run thanks to nearly 15 seconds being saved because of bhopping being discovered as faster and a good lockers.

Thank you so much! Any chance that Beta V1 be accessible alongside Beta V2? I'd love to be able to put it up on the boards!

Heyo, just thought I'd let everyone know that I recently played this game and thought it would be fun to speedrun the demo. This game is very interesting to run and is imo just as much of a fun liminal space experience.

Anemoiapolis Beta - speedrun.com

I will be posting any findings on this speedrun.com page including glitches (the only currently known one is some weird gliding on walls) and skips (jumping through the water in pool to skip both puzzles for example).

If Andrew sees this, hello! I am loving the game both casually and as a fun speedrunning experience. It would be awesome if every version of the betas were accessible for even more fun and to prevent having to close a board when a new beta version releases. Thank you!
