Is anyone else having trouble trying to download this?

I don't know if it's me or the download server.

it also interferes if you want to start as a specific race, but have customized starting conditions, like beauty higher than 40 or more than 2 extra stat points.

Thing is that the modding guide actually warns you about the possibility of several mods modifying the same file and gives a workaround so that said mods can play nice with each other. However said workaround is not working. That's why I consider it a bug, if I hadn't read the modding guide, I wouldn't have given it a second thought.

There is also the fact that both me and the author of "any race mod" can't use certain mods in conjunction on a windows 10, but he claims that he CAN on a windows 7.

just gonna be a broken record here, MGQ is down

Checking other mods I found a weird bug for windows 10 users, basically certain mods can't play nice together even if you do everything the modding guide says.

For a workaround, check "Can't use several mods at the same time" in the bug report section.

  1. Game version: ver.0.5.24c
  2. OS: windows 10
  3. Description: As the title says, it is not possible for me to have multiple mods working at the same time, at least, not ones that affect the same file.
  4. Replicate: Quite simple, just download the mod "Play as Any Race mod" that is currently at the top of the mod section and activate it along with the "Constants" mod,  neither should work.
  5. Savefile: I have none since the aforementioned mod combination let's you see if they are working from the main menu  and story mode character creator.
  6. Workaround: I found a workaround at least for now. Since the problem seemed to be from 2 mods modifying the same file I tried taking the code from the "Any race mod" and pasting in the "Constants" mod file. It worked and the mods are now playing nice (though I only have "Constants" active since it's mainmenu.gd holds the code for both mods)

I found a workaround for the "only 1 mod" thing.

At first, I couldn't use your mod with the "Constants" mod. I suppose it's beacuse they modify the same file? It shouldn't be an issue according to the modding guide, but apparently it is.

Anyhow,  to "fix" this problem you can just copy the code from the mod files (in this case "mainmenu.gd" and paste it in another mod's file (as long as the files have the same name). I have no idea why the problem occurs or why this works, but I currently have "Constants' active on my new story-mode Dragonkin.

Keep in mind though, in the in-game mod menu, only activate the mod that has all of the codes.

In my case, I took the code from this mod and pasted it into the "mainmenu.gd" file of the "Constants" mod, then I just activated "Constants" mod. If I activate the "Any Race" mod along side the constants, they both fail.

To anyone reading this, I made a mod that allows Halfkins to have children as the game describes, it's called "Halfkin Offsrping Expanded" and is posted in the mod section.

Ever read the race description for a Halfkin? Noticed it mentioned that a Halfkin's child can "swing back to full beast or full human"?

Welp, that's a lie. At least it was until now.

This mod modifies the impregnation function so that Halfkins CAN give birth to Beastkins, Halfkins and Humans.

The chances for each offspring are based on the partner.

This is my first mod ever, so it's not the cleanest code. But it should work just fine with anything that doesn't mess with the impregnation function.

Got my answer from the discord chat. It is impossible.

As the title implies, I've been trying to have halfkins give birth to beastkins. Based on the race description it should be possible. However, I can't seem to do it no matter the combination I use. 2 halfkins, beaskin with halfkin, male with female, female with futa, futa with futa. None one of the children have come out as beastkin.

Therefore, I'm wondering if I'm missing something, I need some quest or item or if the mechanic simply isn't implemented.

If you paid 500 gold, then the kid is in another dimension maturing.

If you didn't modify  the standard value (through the "constants" mod), then the newborn will appear in your mansion in 10 days (if child), 15(if teen) or 20 (if adult).

I haven't played in a while, but if I remember correctly. I successfully turned girls into "doms" by having them wear strap-ons and fucking the MC or other characters, also having them "face-sit" other characters.

At lest, their role preference climbed enough to fulfill some of the custom slave quests (the one that asks  for a dominant slave for bed play).
