A quick question! The Stiletto type lists their default attack range as just "Varies". Can it just not attack until it's used a range-setting power? What if they take the three powers that don't change their attack range?

I've tried every controller I own (PS4, PS5, Wii U Pro, Switch Pro, and 8bitdo Pro2), and the only one that got even the _slightest_ response was the 8bitdo in Dualshock mode, which registers about one button press every five seconds. Nothing else has this problem, so I have to assume something's wrong here
I know this is just fresh out so I don't mean to sound impatient or anything, but I'm curious if, since the Oracles use essentially the same game engine as LADX, you could swap them into this engine without that much additional work? After all, they've gone criminally unremastered for over 20 years!
What does the clover do? Am I stupid? Equipment chance??? What does that mean? When I equip it, nothing changes as far as I can tell, there's no new tooltip or any changes to old ones.
The equipment upgrade buttons could be more clear; it looks exactly like the "how many times you've bought this" tooltip that the other modes have already trained us to pay little attention to, down to the same icon. I was at zone 24 before I realized I was supposed to be upgrading my items.
Found a softlock bug: I closed the game during their conversation after finishing the tutorial level, since I triggered the alarm and wanted to reset for the bonus. Upon reopening the game, the post-tutorial conversation resumed, but Trilby was back in the first room of the tutorial heist, the door locked, I have no access to the red key software, and nothing does anything. I'll have to delete my save to continue at all, if I can find it.
