Minor Bug.
The tool tip for the spell Elemental Protection says "Buff Ally Row" however when targeting it in combat it only highlights the character that the cursor is over, and upon casting the spell will only affect that party member.
Yeah I kept a few items to swap onto slaves when it was training time: Maid Dress for +1 Spirit and +1 Loyalty, Lacy Underwear for another +1 Spirit and Leather Collar for +2 Loyalty. Definitely helped get the points for Break and Date.
Since the advice regarding using Dates for most of the Loyalty gain, past the first 2 unlocks at least, I've had few issues keeping their Spirit up. I really only have problems if the training type(s) needed for the specialty I'd like have started off at Resist. I was pretty happy when I found out that you can switch trainers though, it's allowed me to swap in a caster trainer to use Mind Read a time or two to figure out some of their Dispositions before hitting proper training.
One question I still have though is the Spirit Status that displays once their training is complete. So far I've seen it say "Preserved" and "Retained" I'm assuming one is for training completed at high Spirit and the other is for closer to the 50% point, there's no tool tip or info to suggest there's any functional difference between the two. I've yet to complete screw up the training yet so I can only guess there's at least a third type, "Broken" would be my guess, but it'd be nice to get some confirmation on whether there is a difference between the first two.
I imagine it's gotten neglected somewhat as the game's major systems have been overhauled. Personally it's been a long time since I last had the tutorial enabled when starting a new play-though so I certainly couldn't judge it's accuracy, but if we're getting new players into the game (and hopefully we are) then a fresh and accurate tutorial needs to be a priority.
Just a minor suggestion.
When setting occupations via the Work menu the Character List lists everyone by their first name, would it be possible to change it to show their nickname if they have one, and default to first name if there's no nickname set?
Reason being I tend to use nicknames to track what role/job I want as a slaves default work, and it gets a touch confusing when I know them as "Farmer 1" on the main screen, but they're Grushgrub on the Work screen.
Cheers for this, was struggling to see how you'd be able to unlock everything for a Slave without having their spirit break.
I'm hoping the Spirit/Training system will get another tweak in the near future. The fact that no action can raise spirit seems odd, I would have though some of the Positive actions (Day off and Gift especially) should have a chance of raising their spirit somewhat, unless their disposition is Resist to Positive. Also would have thought that any action with a Kink disposition would have a chance of raising their spirit too.
Not being able to tell ahead of time what materials are present in the dungeon makes sense imho, your party shouldn't really have any fore knowledge of that.
You get two options for gathering the materials, half now for a small stamina cost, or leave until later. If you leave till later you can gather all of those materials in the same way you did in the previous versions.
There's a show/hide local resources button near the top right of the dungeon screen, that will open window near the bottom that shows the resource types/amounts and gives you the assign workers button, you can also just assign your workers from the Mansion screen.
A lot of the character appearance options don't affect the description of the character during creation, it seems to vary from race to race which options will cease working.
Example:
For Humans (female and male) all options seem to all work.
For Elves (female and male) the hair length, eye color and height settings have no effect.
For female Demons skin color, hair length, hair color and height have no effect.
I'm 99% sure that I didn't have this issue during character creation in 0.3.2b.
