Thank you! :)

Thanks :)

I completely agree on the Open Source point!
We even migrated to Godot Engine! (we only use open source now) :)

But at the time I didn't know how to program and Stencyl helped me learn, so in a way I'm grateful.

Wow, this is new to me!
Not to my knowledge, the save should always be saved to one location.

This is one of the reasons I stopped using the Stencyl game engine: Some things I had no control over, one of them being the save location. :/

Next Jump was our first game (from 2017!) and has already received a free expansion (called Red Legionnaires).
We're about to release a "spiritual successor" of it, but for now only on Steam:

Thank you very much for playing our games! :)

The pleasure is mine!

I don't think you need to "fear" losing your save. In reality, I imagine your previous save must be somewhere in the system.
But anyway this is out of my control as it's a Windows10 update (I can't imagine any other reason for this problem, it's never happened before).

Maybe it's good for you to make a backup sometimes, just in case. Your save should be here:
Example: C:\Users\YOURFOLDER\AppData\Roaming\Stencyl\NEXT JUMP Shmup Tactics\mySave.sol
Or try searching for "MySave" in your folder.

I hope that helps!

I asked a developer friend to test it on Win10 and she said her Save file was deleted (!!?).
Probably a windows update messed with the game. :/
In this case, you need to redo the tutorial for the game to allow access to the "New Game" again.

What operating system are you on?

What is the general configuration of your PC?

Sorry about that, normally that's how it works (buy the game and get the steam keys), but for that bundle it was clear that no steam keys would be given.

Thanks! :D
The sequel is called Talk To Strangers and you can find it here on Itch.io and Steam:

You can put your money always on the bank, but Pierce weapons will be harder to use (as they consume scrap of the ship) and there's some events and blackmarket shops that only accept scrap on the ship.
There's a chance that you wont find a Station to.

This mechanic was made more to leave the game's "death state" as a consequence that is in the player's hands. If you bank your scrap constantly, ejecting becomes a viable option.

Thanks! :D

If you purchased the game in the Bundle Racial Justice and Equality, you will not receive any steam keys (from any game in the Bundle).

This was mentioned on the Bundle page, but many people apparently did not see it.

Nice!

I saw your new pack!
I'll buy it too! :)
Would also re-buy this one, in monospace. Pixel Fonts with Cyrillic support are rare!

Thanks again for your work!

Hi!
Do you plan to upgrade these fonts with Cyrillic support?
Thanks for making such good and affordable fonts!

Looks really nice!
Any chance for Linux version? :)

Thank you! :D
We are making another one using similar mechanics, it already has a page in the steam:

I just tested this myself and Itchio is really not giving any steam keys! Weird!  I have contacted Itchio by email and twitter, but I can email you a key right now if you want.

Just send an email to postmortempixels@gmail.com using the same email you used to buy the game here (your itchio login email).

Sorry for the inconvenience!

I'm looking into it!

Thanks! :)

Thank you!!

Hi Amos!

I also would like to change mine from dilly.itch.io to postmortempixels.itch.io .

PS: Sorry for using other people post to ask it! :]

Thanks!
