I fixed the issue! It was because I had the vJoy driver installed (a driver to use gamecube controllers on pc). Even if I didn't have any controller, the driver was messing up with the game. At least you will know if someone else tells you this problem ^_^ 

I use windows 7 by the way. I start the game and it's like that : 
and the camera spins. Didn't change any game settings

I don't have a controller either :/

I tried playing the game but when I open it I see the character from the floor and the screen keeps rotating. Do you know how to fix this problem?
