Good one the bugs hiding behind the corrupted areas is actually a really cool concept, makes you think you should squat them at the same place as before hence overlapping and minimising the corrupted area. Other than think that the game is pretty well made, the controls are good and i loved the style too! One thing tho i think you should add some life to the background, like people or cars moving in the background or just some particle effects!

Yeah i agree the game soft-locking itself must've been annoying, I'll handle that. I could actually keep the falling animation and then terminate the game after the player disappears from the screen i think it would look a little better with some SFX ;)

Anyways thanks again for playing and your feedback 😊

I appreciate your feedback a lot! Regarding the display issue, i think i must have messed up a Canvas Panel somewhere so thanks for notifying me! The soft locking issue will be fixed asap

Great Levels and intresting mechanics controlling two guys at the same time was fun and challenging nice work!

Need more levels :D

Done! Really liked the art style, the undertale style of dialogues, wish it had more endings,  great work nonetheless!

Thanks for your insights, really glad that you enjoyed the game :D

And yeah you're right that was my original intention while making this, that the fireball isn't your worst enemy it's You, and how you move and place statues as the game progresses.

So glad you liked it and thanks for the feedback 🙂

I really loved the pixelated art style and this is genuinely a very unique game! one thing tho you should include some kind of indication on the start screen like "Press Enter to Play" i know its written in the instructions but i think it would be a good touch. But still a very solid game!

Thanks a lot!

The controls are fast and snappy! really love playing it and i love TD games with a minimalistic art style! You should add some more maps!

The fireballs i think gets too harsh after a min or two i agree, ill change that, along with better pause menu options and the falling into void bug. Thanks for playing!

First of all thanks a lot for playing the game and for sharing your views, it means a lot! I really appreciate your inferences and yes i did wanted to make fireball inescapable after a while so that the player may face a continuous challenge of getting one additional statue added evert few secs, but i think i might have made it too frustrating!

Apart from that, thanks for pointing out the vegetation problem  its a big deal not to be able to see the distance b/w the player and the statue, so ill figure something out to fix that issue.

And yeah i thought about destroying a statue if the player guides the fireball towards it...i first thought that could make the game less challenging but maybe it would make it long lasting.

Aaand lastly yeah im sorry for the "falling into the void" bug i shouldve fixed it ages ago so ill get on it!

Yeah i can't believe i forgot to remove that bug its my bad. Actually it was 4 am when i finally finished all the UI stuff and i just wanted to go to bed, but ill update it asap.

Apart from that thanks a lot for your feedback!

done! love TD games and u did great job on the UI.

sorry for the late reply, i really adoreee puzzle games minimalistic style games and i think you've done a great job on the different levels. congrats!

I released my game about 2 days ago and I've not been able to find any feedback regarding how my game's mechanics fit into the theme of this jam, So if you like you can test my game here and hopefully provide some feedback or criticism  and in exchange I'd do the same with your game!
