Hey Marlaoutat! Your stuff looks awesome! I've added you on Discord now.

This is also my first game jam officially, though I'm providing some small work for one now.

I'm in most need of 3D artists so I'd love for you to join!

Hey, do you have any example art you could show? I've just sent you a friend request on Discord.

Hey man, great stuff! MIMIC is a great example of the kind of music I'd like; subtle & creepy for the horror sections and retro electronic for minigames.

Hi,

I've created MIMIC, a first person psychological horror game in Unreal Engine 5: MIMIC by PsyFi Games (itch.io)

I did everything on my own using some free & paid assets (music, meshes, videos), but I'd like to have team members in charge of this for the Jam.

If you're a level designer, asset creator, music composer, etc., comment with your desired role in this Jam and an example or more of what you've worked on.

Excited to get started! :)

Hey! Thanks for playing! I was almost tempted to make the basement maze section easier, but I really wanted it to take a few tries (though maybe not an hour :P). Glad you enjoyed it so far regardless & plan conquer it! You're definitely on the most difficult part of the game, so it should be smooth sailing after that.

Glad you enjoyed it! I intentionally wanted to keep the maze pretty difficult for replayability, much in the vein of Slender.

Regarding the particular bug you mentioned, I've now resolved it and I'm pushing an update shortly.

I'm glad you caught the reference to Intelligent Cube! I was perplexed when I tried to look up any games like it and there weren't any. It's a childhood favorite of mine.

Thanks so much for playing! I'm a one-man dev team making my first game so I expected others to find bugs. Your playthrough was very helpful for me & I'll update the game soon to address those issues! :)
