I HAVE FINISHED THE GAME FINALLYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Schoolwork's been beating my butt for a long time and I ended up playing the finale way later than I would've liked... BUT HEY I'VE DONE IT NOW

I also decided to make a separate comment for me commenting on the finale because. Hey. It's special. I've like. Finished FINISHED the game !

Starting with the general stuff about the finale !

First I wanted too see if I had enough affection with everyone to do all their endings on the same save but. Well. I had affection too low with Gidget. BUT IT'S FINE I DID THE OTHER TWO FIRST.

Also little fun fact I only realized during the final that GIDGET HAS CECIL'S POCKET WATCH WITH THEM IN WONDERLAND ??? CRYING

During the fight with the monster, you know at the beginning I was like "Wait. The axe. The person who is supposed to be in the cabin in the first place. WAIT IS THAT BUCKS-" and then Iggy confirmed it and I felt like I have a genius haha /hj. Also reading Iggy saying that they had "no choice" but to fight was. Somehow terrifying like what do you mean we can't pacifist route this. AND THE OUR FANTASTIC WONDERLAND REFERENCE ??? I'M SO GLAD I PLAYED THE SIDE GAMES BECAUSE FINDING ALL THE LITTLE REFERENCES IS SO FUNNY. The Bucks flashbacks made me want to cry. Like children and teenagers can be so cruel without realizing it ToT And I couldn't help but think "wow Iggy you got shapeshifting abilities now" when he put on Hunar's necklace. Even though I knew I shouldn't take it too literally- And wow how Bucks turning into a monster is described as "judgement for our sins" by Iggy might have. Made me rethink my whole life and all the actions I have ever taken like oh wow

Whey they got to the tree... Like I knew Saydie was most probably dead (more or less). But oh. Seeing her in the sate she was in. That's harsh. AND THE TREE SAY THAT "From tragedy blooms joy. The joy of innocence" Had to sit in front of my laptop doing nothing for a minute there because. Damn. AND ANOTHER THING WHEN SHE SAYS " You abandoned me the day you abandoned your innocence" MA'AM THAT'S CALLED GROWING UP AND IT'S NORMAL. Also the way She described Iggy OH MY GOD THAT HURTS ? (especially as I relate to him. Like ma'am you're insulting me personally here I absorbed this man in my soul). In the green fields I thought it was so cool when Iggy made his own choice. AND I HAVE TO SAY WHEN I ACTUALLY SAW THAT CHOICE I WAS CONFUSED. LIKE WASN'T THE WHOLE POINT OF ALL OF THIS TO BREAK THE CYCLE. WHY DO I HAVE THE CHOICE

I also was slightly confused WHEN WE WENT BACK TO CHILDHOOD. Because I mean sure it kinda makes sense BUT IT STILL SURPRISED ME. WHAT A PLOTTWIST. (I also was really happy that Gidget was still referred to as they/them hehe

Also about some common things about the epilogues I was really happy to see Cecil again. My brain was like "CECIL. CECIIIIIIIIL." also IS THAT JERRY AS ORLAM'S EMPLOYEE. JERRY.

Oh one more thing. The music for the cutscenes was. Really really great. Chef's kiss even. If I may say.

Okay now first ending I did GENZOU ENDING !!!

Firstly the talk with him was very emotional. Aeugh. Like him saying he shouldn't take care of himself because of the wrong he has done or Iggy crying and saying he doesn't need to be his selfless knight and that "you (Genzou) were never fine, and I (Iggy) never knew" AHHHHHHHH I ALMOST CRIED. And then we finally got DA KISSSSSSSS and them hugging to sleep next to the stove and the little Iggy monologue AEUGH MY HEEEEEART

And their life afterwards in the epilogue uheuheuhe I love them so much

Secondly I did the Orlam ending !

I sadly don't have much to say, as much as I like Orlam's character haha... The only thing I could think was "Orlam you're such a brat but I love you still"

I also find it very fitting how their relationship isn't really defined. Like they're just them. Fits Orlam and the pairing he forms with Iggy very much.

And then I did the Gidget ending !

Man I Had to redo everything to get enough affection. I went through all the PAIN. AGAIN. GIDGET I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY.

Of course in the Gidget talk we had the whole apologizing session... LIKE GIDGET I KNOW IT WAS BAD YEAH BUT YOU WERE IN A BAD PLACE AND THIS PLACE FUCKS YOUR HEAD UP IT'S OKAY. UP TO A CERTAIN POINT. AND THEN THEY GO ON WITH SAYING"how can I expect anyone to accept me for who I am" THIS FELT LIKE A PUNCH IN THE GUT GIDGET NOOOOOO. AND AFTERWARDS THEY'RE CRYING AND IGGY SAYS "only you can decide who you are" THE TEARS WERE IN MY EYES. SECOND PUNCH IN THE GUT FOR REAL. And when they talk about about feeling different druring their childhood/teenagehood and not knowing what was "wrong" because no one talked about it AEURGH I AM PROBABLY PART OF THIS "younger generation" THEY'RE REFERRING TO BUT GIDGET BUT I STILL FEEL YOU BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE WHOLE INTERNET AT 10 YEARS OLD

Also I'm sorry to say that but when Iggy said "There's still time." I HAVE BEEN BRAINROTTED BY "I saw the TV glow" AND COULDN'T HELP BUT THINK ABOUT IT OMG

The epilogue was cool and Gidget kissing everyone hahaha. I also don't completely get what kind of relationship Iggy has with Gidget. Like are we dating with Gidget being polyamorous orrrrr. Do we have an ambiguous relationship like with Orlam orrrr. Is it something else. I'm a bit confused and I don't know if it's normal and you intended it that way kadhfkdjab

AND FINALLY. Neutral ending ! Last one :,)

I LOVE that the idea of this ending it not "I don't want to be with anyone" but rather "I wanna focus on myself"

AND IGGY'S LIFE NOT CHANGING MUCH EXCEPT HE'S MORE CONFIDENT AND CAN FIGURE HIMSELF OUT BETTER AEUGH I'M SO HAPPY FOR HIM. He also keeps up with his friends more uheuheuhe :,)

Also he loves hurt/comfort me too man me too we in this together

Very funny how Cecil's murderous glares to Iggy haven't changed haha

AND THEN THE OUR CINDERELLA REFERENCE AT THE END I LOVE THAT I PLAYED ALL THE SIDE GAMES YIPPEEEE

So. We're getting towards the end of this comment. My last comment on Our Wonderland... Uheuheuhe...

First of all I wanna say again that this is truly one of the best horror visual novels I've ever played in my life. It left a great impact on my soul and heart and it was so great even though it did very much make me cry haha. I will definitely NEVER forget it.

I really loved all the endings in general. As I am very much attached to Genzou and Iggy of course I'll say the best ending is the Genzou one... But I have to say that the neutral ending could be in this place too. Not because I don't like Orlam and Gidget, or because I think Iggy is better off without a partner but just... As I mentioned before, I feel like the idea of this ending is "I wanna focus on myself". And I find this very great hehe.

Anyway ! That's the last of my ramblings. Thank you again for making this absolutely amazing game. I'll be on the lookout if you ever develop anything else and will be sure to give it a try ! Take care Carrot :)

I think I almost cried. Also I had to take breaks every other sentence because my emotions were all over the place-

But great game still ! Even though it sent me into a short emotional turmoil. Really good.

FINISHED THE GAME AND EUGHHHHH I HAVE THINGS TO SAY 

(spoilers in this comment though !!!)

First of all slay Dr. Deidre for this. Like yes become a villain for that boy you consider your son now (at least that's how I see it). Fight the system girl. Yes even if it's with bombs. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD-

ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE THOUGH this was very different from malViolence (which I played first) and also from most visual novels I played. I usually play stuff with multiple choice and several endings, but I have to say I didn't mind it at all ! Probably because I already liked the characters and knew some of the story, but still. Even though the interactive parts were minimal, I mean there were still there- And so yeah. Little point I wanted to raise.

About the story itself : I really liked this addition to the lore and story of Cautionne and Dr. Danger. It helped to understand some things in malViolence better and just well... Gave more context in general. And well I learned a lot about Dr. Danger as well.

I wanted to comment on a specific moment in the game that really impacted me : the one where Pavel/Cautionne reveals his legs after his first precession. Because when he lifted the blanket I thought "oh they probably gave him cybernetic legs huh. guess it hurts poor boy show me-" AND THEN I WAS HIT WITH THE SIGHT OF. NO LEGS AT ALL ?! COMPLETE AMPUTATION ?! Truly the only thing I could do was sit with my mouth wide open, staring at my screen for a good one or two minutes while I was thinking "WHAT. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. MY POOR BOY. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE. YOU LEGS. MY BOY. MY POOR BABY BOY. YOUR LEGS-"

Also the seizure scene. I knew it was going to happen at some point but when I actually had to read through it. Aooch. My heart ached and broke. MY POOR BOY PAVEL/CAUTIONNE-

I really loved Shriya character's as well. Wish Dr. Deidre could have taken her with her too. I wonder how she's doing now.

Annnnd I think that's it for my little ramble about protoViolence specifically ? I do have a few more things to say though-

Since we got the beginning of this duo's story and kind of the "end" of it (with Dr. Danger being dead), will we ever get to know what's in between ? Because. I think some found family domestic fluff, eventually hurt/comfort (which I wouldn't mind at all since it's one of my favourite tropes-) would do my poor heart some good. After seeing those poor people suffer so much.

Also, about Pavel's name in malViolence : is "Cautionne" kind of a code name like "Dr. Danger" for Dr. Deidre ? Since Pavel's name seemed so important to him because it kind of symbolised his individuality and identity, I couldn't help ubt ask myself that.

Once again, great game ! Hope we can see more of the Violence series soon :)

Just finished the game ! It was in my games to play list for quite a while now... AND I SHOULD HAVE PLAYED IT SOONER GOD IT'S SO GOOD

As a big fan of escape games, I really loved all the little puzzles ! It added a fun part (To me at least. Even if I have to admit I might have cheated to get all the achievements for some of the hard level puzzles...)

I also loved the designs ! Especially Cautionne. He's so funky I love it. This child is my little brother now.

Concerning the lore, I loved it just as much ! I'm already weak for the found family trope (one of my comfort and favourite tropes) so when it's. Characters becoming villains AFTER ESCAPING A CORRUPTED ENVIRONNEMENT ? TO FIGHT IT ? IN MORALLY GREY WAYS ? CHEF'S KISS

Also I want to give Cautionne a hug MY POOR BOY. And I'll make him pancakes as well.

Annnnnd that's all ? Sorry I can't say more, I just really loved the game in general and it's hard to point out what exactly because my brain isn't cooperating properly :,D

I'll continue with protoViolence, hope to see more of the series soon ! Can't wait to know more about those characters

This is such a great game !

I have some trouble achieving the third ending though... I've tried multiple combination of choices, so I'm guessing I have to do something really specific, but I can't seem to get it. May I ask for a hint ?

The endings I already achived are (SPOILER WARNING) the first one where you stay in bed and the second one where you return to your room after saying "you don't have the courage to change"

Really cool game ! I generally enjoy all your games haha and this one is no exception !

I had a little question though : do the flowers of the wedding arch hold any specific symbolism ? I tried to look it up but since a flower often has several meanings, I was wondering what you thought of it

Awww I have such mixed feelings about the game going to end soon 'cause I mean WOW that's so COOL you've been working on this for such a long time and it's really nice you've been able to achieve such a great game but like... the game is going to END... NO MORE NEW CONTENT (except for maybe side games if you plan some more...) ABOUT IGGY AND FRIENDS... LIKE IT'S ENDING...

But the feelings are motsly positive nonetheless ! And HEHEHEHEHE "The choice" is coming soon...

And I know very well I'm gonig to get all those ending because HWY WOULDN'T I DO IT IT'S SO FUN AND INTERESTING TO DISCOVER MORE OF THE STORY. Also I'll definitely try and get all three characters choices at the same time (even though for my current playthrough I might get only Genzou *AHEM* Genzou favoritism in the beginning of Arc 5 *AHEM* can you blame me though *AHEM AHEM*

I also wanted to tell you once again how much I love your game, it means so much to me with its great story, and great characters, and the horror is great as well I JUST LOVE IT SO MUCH I WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT IT- And I always love leaving EXTRA BIG commments/ramblings each time there is an update and I WILL NEVER GET TIRED OF THIS and yeah I just really love your game Carrot ^o^

SO IT TOOK ME MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT HERE IS SECOND PART OF MY RAMBLINGS

Once again for general aspects, I FORGOT THIS THE FIRST TIME BUT BUCKS' RETELLING OF CINDERELLA I'M WHEEZINGGGGG

Also the "GET THE FUCK OUT OF BED!!!" LIKE YEAH IGGY YOU GO DUDE

ONE MORE THING I really find it so so cute that at the end of each route you get a little picture of them sharing a bed like awe and then you got the "stay in bed" option WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY ASSOCIATED WITH ANXIETY (so something bad) BUT NOW IT'S ASSOCIATED WITH LOVE SO IT'S GOOD AND KJBFASJBJCKB I'M SO HAPPY I'M SOBBING and also the fact that each of them mention Iggy being asexual and having a little something to say about it (all positive of course :D), like Genzou being extra supportive and nice and accepting it right away, Orlam saying that he doesn't expect anything from Iggy if Iggy doesn't want to do it, and Gidget saying "you don't have to be ace to be confused about romance" JSKSJKSNS I LOVE THEM ALL THE ACCEPTANCE FROM EVERYONE FEELS LIKE A BIG WARM HUG 

Now about Orlam's route

It was very fun (though ORLAM YOU AND YOUR SEX JOKES MY GOD) and nice 'cause yeah while Genzou and Iggy together is my favourite I still do very much enjoy the dynamics with Orlam and Gidget !

I love the way Orlam talks LIKE IT'S FANCY and a bit POECTIC and that's COOL but ALSO SOMETHING ELSE MAYBE THAT I CAN'T PLACE A WORD ON ??? BUT YEAH I REALLY LIKE THAT.

Oh he speaks French so that's why he likes being so classy with his words huh (/hj we French speaking people aren't as charismatic as most of the world population seems to think)(our insults are great though :D)

It's all cute cute awe :D I feel like the relationship between Iggy and Gidget is quite different from the two others because with Genzou and Orlam their personalities are more... not really "extroverted", though maybe a tiny bit but also... A bit more "exuberant" ? (IT DOESN'T REALLY FEELS LIKE THE RIGHT WORD BUT I COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING ELSE-) Especially in comparison with Iggy ? And Gidget's personality is closer to Iggy, so the dynamic is quite different and so the way Iggy acts also feels different. NOT IN A BAD WAY OF COURSE but I just noticed this and I thought it was extra nice ! Also it's SO NICE to see Gidget being able to be themself like yeah people under the non-binary umbrella let's rise together !!! I'm all for it !!! I'M ON YOUR SIDE !!! I'M ONE OF YOU !!! And well the casual representation feels extremely nice, as well for the asexuality !

Also I know you said it wasn't possible to get red hearts for everyone but uh my brain is stubborn so I tried to get the highest stats possible with everyone anyway and I GOT NEW CONVS !!! Specifically I GOT A NEW CONV WITH GENZOU. Specifically the one with "you ass ain't that bad. platonically of course." GENZOU HELLO ??? I know you definitely did not mean that PLATONICALLY. ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU REPEAT THOSE EXACT WORDS (the "platonically of course") AT LEAST THREE TIMES YOU'RE NOT HELPING YOUR CASE

AND I ACHIEVED GREEN HEARTS WITH EVERYONE ! Still got game over lol since Iggy didn't feel comfortable enough to go to the party with anyone BUT IT WAS WORTH IT FOR SCIENCE

Oh well I wrote an extra extensive comment again why am I even surprised at this point-

So once again and as always GREAT GAME CARROT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY JUST YOUR GAMES ARE GREAT NEVER STOP MAKING GAMES IF YOU WANT TO DO SO I LOVE YOUR GAMES !!!

Or the trick is to get only a certain number of sweets ? 

I tried it as well, it didn't work either. Maybe you have to reinteract with a certain item ? I tried that, but maybe I missed one

I'm looking for that too, I figured you might have to find all the sweets, but I only found 9 (I assumed there are 10 to find, though I'm not sure)

So usually I always wait until I played the full game to write my comment

I originally planned other things for my evening but then I remembered this game came out recently and I was like "wait I HAVE TO PLAY IT"

As of now I only played the game over ending and Genzou's route

AND I ALREADY LOVE THE GAME AND IT ALREADY HEALS MY HEART OH MY GOD

For a current general comment on the game, well it's really funny and tooth-rotting fluff hehe except for a few moments BUT WELL IT'S HURT/COMFORT SO IT'S FIIIIIINE

One of the first sentences being : "He was not an especially accomplished man. Nor an attractive one." I GIGGLED LOL.

AND THE ASEXUAL BACKGROUND ON IGGY'S PHONE AHHHHHHHHH

The chats in general are so funny lmao (espescially Genzou's). Even tho since English is not my first language sometimes I had to read Bux's chats three times to get the right words lmao

AND ALL THE LITTLE REFERENCES IN IGGY'S ROOM ASNVAUEKHCBO and also the littles poses Iggy has on the diffrent days he's so silly

Also the screen at the beginning of each day feels extra dramatic but it makes it funny haha

So yeah at first I wanted to play the game over because. Why not. Gotta see what happens. And well Iggy just doesn't go to the party BUT since I didn't do anything expcept work and occasionally played games, I had fun buying everything available in the online shop SO I STILL GOT THE SILLY CONVERSATION WITH GENZOU ABOUT THE KIRBY PLUSHIE

AS FOR GENZOU'S ROUTE...

WELL OF COURSE I BEGAN WITH GENZOU'S ROUTE WHO DO YOU TAKE ME FOR

AND IT WAS A VERY GOOD DECISION

BECAUSE GENZOU, BEING THE KIND MAN HE IS TO IGGY, HAS NOT ONLY FUNNY CHATS BUT ALSO WARM AND COMFORTING ONES

I WILL NEVER GET TIRED OF HIM SAYING HE WOULDN'T CARE IF HIS PARTNER WAS BE ASEXUAL (my aroace heart cries of joy each time)(the whole smash or pass conversation felt like a big hug) GREAT LORD I LOVE THIS MAN

And then also I have some little favourite moments... Like when Iggy founds back his plushie... HE FOUNDS IT BACK IN THIS UNIVERSE I'M SO HAPPY

Also Genzou saying "the non-stop mariah carey on the radio" is actually so relatable

AND IGGY AND GENZOU KISS HIIIII GIGGLING KICKING MY FEET ROLLING ON MY BED AND CRYING OF JOY (/hj). AS WELL FOR THE LIL PHOTOS AT THE END THEY ARE SO CUTE. AWEUGH THEM SHARING A BED AT THE END I LOVE THEM SO FRICKIN MUCH

So uh I think that's the end of the first part of my comment ! I will try to play the others routes and all tomorrow if I have time SO MAYBE NEXT PART TOMORROW WHO KNOWS ? But to summarize my feelings well AMAZING GAME AS ALWAYS CARROT I AM IMPATIENT TO DISCOVER MORE OR IT :D

No problem about the translation thingie ! It was just an idea that popped like that into my head because I really love languages and find translating fun (even though I thought about the length and was like "Mel. You might want to think about that a bit more at least for the main game.") but I understand your feelings and why you want to think about it !

Since last time I had the time to play Save the last dance and posted my little ramble comment hehe so I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SNACK ON WHILE WAITING FOR THE MAIN GAME'S END (which is totally fine of course not stressing you out I JUST MISS THE CHARACTERS)

NEW GAME MEANS MORE SNACK

MORE GOOD SOUP (no I will never stop use this reference)

SO I'M VERY HYPED HEHE IT SEEMS GREAT AND COOL

And even though you did mention there will be some not very happy moment... Can't be worse than the main game... SO I WILL CONSIDER THIS GAME A FLUFFY AND HURT/COMFORT (my fav trope (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)) SIDE THAT WILL HEAL MY HEART AND SOUL

ALSO I WILL LET YOU KNOW THAT I WILL DEFINITELY  TRY TO GET WHOLE HEARTS FOR ALL THE CHARS (1. Just to see what happens and 2. Because why choose one ship when polyamory and multiple endings exist)

FINALLY HAD THE OPPROTUNITY TO PLAY THE GAME

WISH I PLAYED IT BEFORE IT'S SO FRICKIN AMAZING LOOOOOOOORD

It took me like 15 minutes to play the whole game BUT I WAS ASCENDING TO HEAVEN DURING THOSE WHOLE FIFTEEN MINUTES

But before I open my mouth and let the words flow like a frickin WATERFALL spoiler warning for both this game and the main game (Our Wonderland) if you who read this comment haven't played yet :3

SO I HAVE MANY THINGS TO SAY

Firstly THE MUSIC ????? SO GOOD ???? OH MY GOD ????? Like it's really the first thing I heard and I opened and I was already like : "wow. another masterpiece awating me huh." AND HOW YOU MANAGE IT TOO ? Like when it stops when it's an important moment or when Orlam starts to get annoyed, loved this as well !

Secondly THE EFFECTS WERE AMAZING IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. And how the main menu changes after each ending ????? SO SO NICE. Also really loved how the colour of the petal changes when you get ending 3 and they become WHITE. IGGY MY POOR GUY ToT

And thirdly the story and endings in general were very very nice ! Especially when you know how it is in the main game- Their relationship is so toxic BUT ALSO SO WELL WRITTEN... And then Arc 5 comes and BOOM THEY'RE MORE OR LESS "OKAY" AGAIN AND MY TEARS OF SADNESS AND PAIN BECOME TAERS OF JOY AND EMOTION.

 And I love each ending ! Ending one is the "bad" one, but at least we continue to defend Iggy... (even though it results in him very probably dying afterwards but oh well...) HOWEVER THOSE MEAN WORDS AT THE END HURT. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS CARROT. THIS IS SO MEAN (do I really have anything to say about this considering how I treat my own OCs well NO but that's something else let's forget about it...). Especially as I mentioned before when you know how it ends, with Genzou apologizing AND THAT GODDAMN EMOTINAL CINEMATIC THAT BROUGHT ME TO TEARS...

Ending two is the canon one, where Orlam sadly dies... So can we consider the conversation Orlam and Genzou have in this ending canon as well ? Also I have mixed feelings about this ending... I mean yeah cool Iggy and Genzou are more or less out of danger but 1. Orlam is dead 2. Killed by Genzou which means more trauma for him 3. There are still A LOT of unpacked issues to be resolved BUT THAT WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT TIME LOOP I GUESS

And then ending three... I mean no one dies (yet) and Orlam doesn't seem too pissed off but... I MEAN... CAN WE REALLY HOPE... Also if you consider that you can achieve that ending by pissing Orlam off a bit but then retracting... I HAVE VERY LITTLE HOPE TO SAY THE LEAST... ESPECIALLY WHEN I SEE THOSE BLOODY WHITE PETALS ON THE MAIN MENU SCREEN... But it's cool that you can achieve this ending in several different ways !

SO YEAH... I REALLY LOVED THE GAME AND ALL THE NICE LITTLE THINGS ABOUT IT...

Also taking the opportunity to ask... Would you be interested in having your games translated in French ? By me ? And completely for free ? I mean, I have very little to no experience in programming games, but I could translate the text ! I really think your games are great and I think it could be nice to have them accessible to more people ! Of course this is just a simple proposition, I would totally understand if you don't want to !

So overall very cool and nice game (as always) I love what it adds to the main story !!!

TIME FOR MY EXCESSIVELY LONG COMMENT

So for the overall of the part :

I LOVED IT AS ALWAYS HEHEHE

I was impatient to see Orlam's part because like... The man was already completely crazy so like what could he have done that worse

SO MUCH, PAST ME. SO, SO MUCH THINGS.

Ngl I enjoyed the "chill" beginning... Except for the tomatoes. We hate the tomatoes. BUT THE FLUFF AT THE RABBITS' BASE THOUGH... I was like "*nom nom nom* fluff  *nom nom* good soup" BUT WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS MAKING ME CHOOSE BETWEEN MY FRIENDS OR CHOOSE NEITHER TO STAY NEUTRAL YOU EVIL  (I chose Genzou both times. With very little hesitation. I live for Genzou and Iggy's relationship)

The fight scenes were soooooo intense and I absolutely loved it- AND LIKE THE RABBITS SHRIEKS ???? OH MY GOD ???? I wouldn't exactly describe them as "terrifying" but.... they certainly bring some emotions in there...

WHY WOULD YOU MAKE A CHARACTER LIKEABLE SO THAT I WOULD GROW ATTACHED TO THEM JUST TO MAKE THEM PROBABLY DIE JUST AFTERWARDS OMG

AND THE WAY HE CALLS IGGY "KIT" LIKE A YOUNGER BROTHER OR SOMETHING ARGH BLBL *begins to cry violently*

So uh yeah I grew attached to Jerry (what I did not expect considering I was until now painfully neutral about him even as I've played OFW) in not even a whole arc... Curse my rapid attachement to fictional characters... AND CURSE YOU FOR MAKING THEM DIE ToT (/lh /nbr)

Orlam... Was... Something...

Quite honestly I thought Orlam wouldn't make it to the end of the game... Twice... First time because I thought that he had lost it so much (and seriously I loved the vibe... somehow...) that like. It was impossible to bring him back to reason. But Genzou did prove otherwise... SECOND TIME BECAUSE I THOUGHT HE WOULD DIE- LIKE THE GUY DIDN'T HAVE A HEART ANYMORE AND YES WONDERLAND IS A MAGIC PLACE BUT STILL... But anyway he did survive haha

And then the cinematic towards the end... with Genzou and everything he says... THE WAY THE MUSIC EMPHATIZES ALL OF HIS WORDS AND ACTIONS (and how the music makes the atmosphere feel in all of the game honestly. Specifically for this part for some reason but really the music made me feel things more in a way it didn't in the other parts)... AND HOW HE HUGS ORLAM... AHHHHHHHHHH *SOBS. AGAIN. ANYWAY SOBS MORE*

And the cabin at the end THE FUCKING CABIN... THE CLIFFHANGER...

Once again I took some (too much) notes of my reactions and feelings and all while playing so sharing them here ! This time I also quoted a lot of things the characters said but oh well- :

- Beginning is so wholesome AWE THEY BOTH CARE FOR IGGY SO MUCH the hapiness won't last will it

- Iggy, blushing when he realizes all the hints he missed with Gidget and Genzou, thinking : Wait a minute there WAIT A GODDAMN MINUTE-

- "The feeling of security from being sandwiched between my friends" OMG I LOVE THIS GAME WHY CAN'T IT JUST BE HAPPY ToT- *Iggy starts talking about his wound in a metaphorical way* IGGY WHAT ARE YOU DOING THERE SPEAKING OF YOUR WOUND LIKE THAT I SAID BE HAPPY

- "It's [the castle] not that much farther" / "That's what I'm afraid of" *SOBS VIOLENTLY WHEN REMEMBERING ARC 3*

But uh what I mean by that is that I'm really attached to your game and that I love it more than any visual novel and horror games I've played in my life, because, as I said it in my original comment, this is definitly my fav horror game and visual novel. And that's why I will be very sad when it ends. But that's okay. It will live in my heart and soul forever. WITH THE TEARS AND RAW EMOTIONS IT CAUSED ME.

SO I'M EXCITED AND NOT EXCITED FOR THE NEXT PART !!! Once again take your time and do take care of yourself while finishing the game- Yes it is important but your own health is important too !

The secret ending is... definitly something. Love that Cro is breaking the 4th wall, I love it when characters do that. It's very nice getting to know him more too !

Overall I just really liked the game and very impatient for the other games you might make ! :D

Taking adavantage of the fact that I already commented here to comment about arc 5 part 1 now (obviously SPOILERS FOR ARC 5 PART 1 HERE)

The more the game goes on the more I relate to Iggy hahahahahahaha... haha... ha...

I also relate a bit more to Gidget in some way... I don't feel too bad about it. It makes me sad they rejected their own identity so much tho :( And becomes not who THEY wants to be, but who ""she"" is expected to be (especially by their mother), but then when they finally accepted themself... It felt so good honestly, like me when I finally found who I was in terms of gender and that... I love their character developpement. And their new design is cool too ! And they also went WAYYYYY higher in my esteem now. Won't forgive old/fake Gidget easily, but the new/real Gidget ? Love them.

You just unlocked a childhood memory by mentionning Charlotte's Web, which I knew as "Le Petit Monde de Charlotte" (so the name of the Frech adaptation) because little me didn't know English like I do now hehe. I remember crying in front of the film adaptation when Charlotte died

After playing Our Wonderland this is such a great source of comfort. Like they're just going on a silly little quest here... No emotinal damage... Mostly... AND ALL THE REFERENCES TO THE MAIN GAMES AHHHH SO COOL

Anyway super cool game in the universe of Our Wonderland ! Again loved it !

I just finished playing Arc 4 and this game is like... SO GOOD ? TRULY THE BEST HORROR GAME I'VE PLAYED IN MY LIFE ???

Firstly, very few games make me scared/disturbed. But Our Wonderland did. But I mean, I play horror game BECAUSE I WANT TO BE SCARED sooooo I guess I got scared but in a good way ? I think ? Feelings are so complicated TvT

Secondly, I find the story very interesting. A magic and comforting Wonderland for kids that then becomes horrific when said kids come back there as adults ? WITH LGBTQIA+ REPRESENTATION INCLUDING ASEXUAL ? WELL I'M IN

And thirdly, the characters. WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN. (THIS PART CONTAINS SPOILERS  !!!)

Ok let's start with Iggy since he's so protagonist.

I really like him, probably mostly because I can relate to him quite much. As an asexual person myself, I really could relate to Iggy's feelings when he described how he felt, and that made me feel understood. I could also relate to his introvert and "I want everyone to be happy" parts, and that ALSO made me feel understood :D. But poor guy he has to go through so much suffering I feel bad for him ToT Arc 2 was nice with the fluff and comfort with Genzou BUT THE EMOTINAL DAMAGE CAME BACK SO FAST- AND THE FACT THAT AT THE END OF ARC 4 HE REMEMBERS EVERYTHING ? LIKE IT MUST HURT HIM SO MUCH- But yeah, I think he's a really cool protagonist and all and I enjoyed playing "as him" through the game.

Now let's talk about my fav boy : Genzou

I LOVE THIS MAN SO MUCH AHHHHHHH- Like yeahhhh he's done some not so nice things in his life especially to Orlam, and the more the game went on, the more I realised that it wasn't just some friendly teasing but sometimes IT WAS STRAIGHT UP BULLYING ? AND I ASKED MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES "does he actually realise how far he goes and how much it affects Orlam 'cause like-". So yes he has his flaws BUT HE ALSO HAS HIS GOOD SIDES. Arc 2 really was a rollercoaster to me : first the similar things to Arc 1, then Gidget going a little crazier that before... AND THEN. THEN. KINDA FLUFF. And then THE FLUFF with Iggy and Genzou kissing and Iggy saying in a way he's ace and Genzou saying it's completly ok and he's not broken AND AND AND- I WAS BEAMING OF JOY IN FRONT OF MY COMPUTER AT THIS MOMENT. Haha and after that comes the suffering... Not gonna lie I almost cried while watching the little finale animation... It breaks my heart that he has to physically suffer so much in each Arc... Like bro almost got cooked alive, then protects Iggy but pays it with his life, THEN HE GETS FVCKING EATEN ?! NOT TO MENTION BY IGGY ?! AND THEN his legs are cut with the intention of eating them and he's left in such a bad state ?! Why making him suffering like thattttttt please just give him a rest ToT

And then our favourite ratman : Orlam

He definitly went through a lot... And that twisted his mind a bit BUT HEAR ME OUT-

At the beginning, I liked him as much as Genzou, but at the end of Arc 1 he already went a bit down in my esteem... I understand why he did what he did to Genzou but... I took it a bit too far and I was already attached to Genzou pretty much soooooooo... yeah... But after that came Arc 2 AND I JUST CAN'T FORGET HOW HE DESTROYED THE HAPPINESS THAT WAS GOING AT THIS MOMENT I JUST CAN'T- Arc 3 was... good but not good ? I mean Iggy DOES end up eating Genzou so that's a bit fucked up butttttt he was in a silly goofy mood during that arc and I was like "Yeah you know what let the man get a bit crazy it won't matter in the next timeline and he won't remember it anway" (well he actually does end up remembering it but shhhh let's pretend the end of Arc 4 is different...). After that was Arc 4 and he went a bit more down in my esteem (again), but it could be worse really. And I always like having a character who's a little insane in the brain and Orland fits that role perfectly ! So he's super cool BUT I CAN'T FORGET ARC 2-

And lastly, Gidget. Gideget, Gidget, Gidget...

While I can relate to some aspects of them being transmasc/non-binary (as a person who's under the non-binary umbrella), the rest of the them isssss... meh. I mean, in the real world, they're not so bad, and I don't particularly dislike them, but in Wonderland... they get a bit too... crazy. I CANNOT forgive them for the things they did to Iggy (especially thinking of Arc 2 (yes I love Arc 2 very very much) with what they've done to Iggy's eyes). Especially in Arc 4 , he's trying so hard to be the person they expect/want him to be, and then when Iggy finally opens up about being ace and all they get upset and say they're gonna "fix him", like no thank you he doesn't need to be fixed shut up please HE ALREADY FEELS ASHAMED ABOUT IT (again not going to lie during this scene the only thing I was thinking was "THAT'S WHY GENZOU IS BETTER THAN YOU").

Wow that's definitly the longest comment I've ever written. BUT THE GAME DESERVES IT. Looking forward to Arc 5's release ! As I'm writing this comment it's almost 2AM where I live but I'm craving content so gonna play Our Fantastic Wonderland instead of sleeping. Luckily it's the weekend.

J'ai ADORÉ ce jeu, les personnages étaient super attachants et l'histoire intéressante. J'aurai également une petite question : es tu intéressée par une/des fantranslation/s ? Je trouverais ça génial de pouvoir traduire ton jeu en anglais et éventuellement en allemand, mais je n'ai aucune expérience avec la programmation de jeux donc si tu étais intéressée, j'aurai besoin d'un peu de ton aide ^^" (également si tu es intéressée serait il possible d'utiliser une autre plateforme pour communiquer ? Je n'ai pas Twitter et donc c'est pour ça que je ne t'ai pas contacté directement depuis là...)

Loved the game ! The colors went well with the atmosphere and I really liked the story. I didn't find the second ending though, but I'll keep trying !
