Yes that re-spawn improvement is long overdue. Just needed the time to make the change...

So that barrier (among other enemies you may encounter later) has shielded cores. Hit the red node that emits the beam with a charged shot, and the respective shield on the turret's core will drop. Take out both cores and you should be able to advance. Hope that helps.

I appreciate the sentiment. But I haven't had a chance to test on as many hardware configurations as I'd like and it's still considered a beta so I don't want anyone paying for it as of yet (probably never).I made this in a selfish way, for my tastes really, and figured if I found it kind of fun then others might too. Thanks again for the kind words and let me know if you have any more feedback, bugs, or quality-of-life issues to report.
