thanks for feedback, actually I've rewrite "selling logic" so it should not be a problem anymore, as from new version you will have simple profit per CPU

Thanks for your feedback. 10 nm and other "no balanced" research was temporary fixed, they still need to be balanced later. As for this bug with different type ends up selling I can't repeat this, I've made 3 CPU releases and each of them sold until they end. Maybe it's related to competitors releases their own CPU in this time? because it's affect sales, do a days out of market was the same in all sales?
Version V 0.1.1 will be released in two days(22 August), and will reskin the app for mobile support and "final" layout design, handle some edge cases in logic and add animation system. As for next systems there will be out somewhat week after week with two systems at the same time, maybe sooner if progress will be go smoothly :)
As Version 0.1 was introduced a few days ago, I've prepared some of the roadmap details. There are major features that will most likely be introduced in the upcoming releases. I hope to have the PC version fully playable by the end of the year, but this will depend on time and circumstances :)
V 0.2
In this version, I will focus on adding more important systems and introducing mod support. This version is intended to bring the game into its Alpha phase.
- Office Animation System: Including characters and possibly a few other elements.
- Employee System: You will be able to search for, hire, and fire employees.
- Office System: You will be able to upgrade to better offices.
- Event System: You will receive events or notifications, such as the release of a new processor by competitors or decision-making prompts.
- Modding System: You will be able to add custom scripts in TS/JS or MS (MiniScript).
- Product Release as a Separate Event: Refining products, bug hunting.
- CPU Architecture: This will impact performance, stability, support, documentation, and other scores.
V 0.3
In this version, I will focus on preparing mid and late-game content to make the game fully playable and include the key elements I planned.
- Tutorial
- Rating System: As excerpts from industry magazines. Detailed reports like in version 0.2 will only be available after conducting a sales analysis over time.
- Specializations and Dedicated Research for CPUs: Post-90s.
- Marketing Based on Preferences
- Difficulty Levels
- Company Creation Screen: Custom logos, logo editor, creator.
- Consumers Have a Favorite Shopping Month: Bonus for releases during this time.
- Feedback and Analysis System: Including GDPR and other legal aspects.
V 0.4
This version will focus on balancing and refining existing systems, and adding features that may appear in your feedback.
- Build for Android
- Build for PC (Steam Integration)
- Localization: Polish, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, Italian.
- Community Translation System?
- Technology and Products Related to Semiconductors: You will be able to produce transistors and integrated circuits for other applications like logic gates, sensors, and electronic components.
- Additional Systems Depending on Needs
In Queue
Some main ideas to be implemented later, please vote for your favorite ones:
- Pre-production: Opens possibilities for building factories, expanding machinery, and conducting research. Prepare your chips, lease processing power, hire workers.
- Suppliers: Sign contracts with resource suppliers for your products, search for the cheapest or best components, optimize production.
- Binning: Based on your architecture, design, and QA, some of your products may fail quality control and need to be scrapped. With this module, you can scalp/disable them and sell them under a different brand at a lower price to optimize production and waste.
- GIS (World Map): Different countries and regions have varying taxes, labor costs, and purchasing power. You'll need to consider these factors and prepare different pricing strategies for different regions. You’ll also have to manage the transport of your products unless you have a distribution agreement. Chartering costs can change, so create logistics centers or lease existing ones. Prepare dedicated systems for specific consumers in different countries.
- AllInOne: Prepare complete hardware sets, create your own consoles, computers, laptops, smartphones, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, production machinery, peripherals like mice, keyboards, headphones, amplifiers, musical equipment, automotive gear.
- Managers: Hire managers to automate certain tasks for you, create teams responsible for specific areas, and sit back like a CEO and watch your business run itself!
- Services: Provide repair plans to service centers and sell them individual components for repairs, or lock down your hardware so it can’t be repaired.
Yes, I'll make project public today or tomorrow :) I'm want to add two more task (version component and background music) then can share this pre-alpha version to take first feedback, there are still missing thing there and that but it should be fixed shortly when we target all "missed" parts :D In regards technology I'm also not frontend guys(professional Java dev, and hobbyist Unity programmer by last couple of years) but I've decided switch to the HTML about half year ago (can't stand Unity UI systems anymore, and the incident with Unity make me part from them as for now)
Hi, I currently making my own tycoon game that are inspired by the Hardware Tycoon and other "table" tycoon as well. For a week or two I should present current early demo. This kind of game was always in back of my mind, I've hope for this project to complete one of this aspect, but as well I can continue heritage :)
