Does the minimum of 6 assests only applies to open art or does it includes assests in general?

Is there anything you can recommend to me that would be helpful in my development as a game designer? Right now, I'm in the Metrovania jam and out of curiosity, I wanted to know of any helpful resources y'all use/d that aid y'all in becoming better designers, whether it's coding or modeling.
