It's not nearly as extreme if the shoulders and butt area aren't "inflated" lol.

Easiest way is get near them and hit [Y] when they are not targeting you. With Defeat Sex turned on, you need to try to "escape" by just moving a bit. That or you do not have enough Grit to withstand the beast and that will kill you too.

I have noticed a bug if you ever load while you have a quest, it breaks. I have been able to get past this part, but after the 5, you cannot talk to her again and found no work around. The bug where NPCs don't despawn when out of range and then "respawn" when you get near again has it unplayable. Showing "actors" there are over 1000 NPCs actively running bring the game down to 8fps.

How much of the early-game has (or will be) changed with updates? Are there changes that would require (or be beneficial) to start the game over?

Yes, best update is correct. Already have 3 days 5 hours 27 minutes logged after the update haha... 

Along with the new "cuddle" scenes, and my bank account in the Billions, I just leave the game running while at my computer and jump over to give her head-pats.

You need it to get in touch with Big Daddy to throw away parts, and a crazy stalker. Beyond that, I cannot think of any story specifically tied to streaming. I had a playthrough where I dumped all my money in the stock market and had 14 billion in a few days. Never streamed again.

I haven't found out what triggers this. I have had her show up early and late game. So late in-fact, I completely forgot it hadn't happened yet and was confused haha.

Heard in other posts its about how much time you stream, but again, I've had her show up in early-game when streaming only like 2hr every other day. So *shrug*

Take Lead - Have her be able to change position/speed when she climaxes instead of MC. After taking Death Grip, she will continue what she started for the entire 4 hours without variation.

Cowgirl - Headpats and Fondling don't seem to increase her pleasure level as it does in Missionary?

Doggy - More interactions, like slap butt, fondle breast while in bra, lift shirt (to show breasts). Also doesn't seem like fondling her bare breasts increases her pleasure?

+ Pass Time - Option to just "pass time" when there is nothing to do, and waiting for a certain time of day for contract or event. (without sleeping for an hour, or going for a walk which can lead to encounters that take longer than you expected).

There may be a mechanic missing at this time, but the keybindings seem to not be accurate.

C is set as Hide, but this holds breath?
The only way to hide is by clicking the toggle button with your mouse.
X is set as Hold Breath but does nothing in later missions?

Also the reliance on both mouse and keyboard at different times is a little disconnected. Expected, tap [F] to be able to continue a text message (instead of mouse click button), like you do with dialog. As pointed out above, you must click the toggle to Hide (I think that's the mechanic), while watching out for detection level it got difficult to remember what keyboard button or mouse button to click in certain circumstances. You can click all the buttons with the mouse, but diverted too much attention from the surroundings and found myself many times not knowing what to look at; buttons on the bottom, animations, detection, or recording status.
