I just wanted to say this game is amazing. Like the art, music and mechanics(they even have a map!) for a game jam is chef's kiss. But I'm sorry to say I didn't rate the game. Because I'm not a fan of the genre/game (it's too hard for my smooth brain ;-;) and it would genuinely feel unfair giving it a lower than 5 stars rating because of my own skill issue, and not seeing all the cool features due to it. (I'm certain there's much cool feature I haven't seen from the equip and trinket screen)

If you are a fan of masocore(I want to be the guy genre...I think), please give this game a try and give a fair rating for me! (or yourself, or for the dev, thanks anyway!)

I like this game a lot. Both dev and player perspective (no overscoping, except maybe the 50 anomalies the dev mentioned)   It's short, it works, it's a 'roguelike' thus giving a different experience everytime, and it's fun. I somehow(fool's luck maybe) got through the 12 rooms randomly after understanding the game.

My only nitpick is maybe adding a "hands-on experience" or a tutorial room because I had no idea how the game was suppose to played at first, even though the piggy npc already clearly explained how to play the game. Still, a solid entry!

Thanks for giving the game a try! The...er...bullet hell part erm...I have no excuses, I was too stubborn on making a mini game like murder of sonic. (The original plan was unity ace attorney, with brick breaker mini game. Would it be worse/better? We'll never know, especially since I forgot about coherence in gameplay) I did had a small tiny voice telling me this feels weird before the final release but I...er, too far in?

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion for the bullet hell to be optional! I'll be sure to look into it after the post jam update!

Sorry about the writing issues XC

I'm so sorry about your experience with the game ;-; The bombs automatically goes off when you are hit by a bullet so it replaces all your bombs before costing the actual life. I'd recommend using the bombs(u can literally spam it on the 1st life and then suicide to clear all current bullet on screen XD) since the bombs refill when you die.

As for the puzzle thing. I won't lie I should have listened to some of the feedback from my friends >.> (during the production) I did heed their advice for the horoscope part, but not the hachiko part because.... ;-; because I figured key's puzzle was optional and I wanted people to know about the loyal doggo. So I do apologize for forcing player to google it (and the hint wasn't good enough)  That library suggestion is good, I'm so sad I didn't thought about it!

Also thanks for the feedback on the bullet hell! I'll maybe make it optional  adjust it/buff the player more after the post jam update, or maybe nerfs some of the stages. I am surprised the main game(reverse murder mystery) was so well received than the bullet hell that it felt like the bullet hell dragged it down XD Anyway, I do hope you give it another chance(or maybe after the post jam update) and have fun with it :3

I....after rewatching the streams, I must apologize for the amount of writing errors ;-; (I promise I'll try to improve on it)  But I'm glad to know about the forgiving part! One of bullet hell issue seems to be the stage 5(ozzy) due to the pre-release buff.  ....So, expect a small balance update for the bullet hell and text correction after the jam :p

weeee, I'm so happy to hear that you had fun with the game! I apologize if certain logic maybe a bit wonky because... >.> i never really wrote a "all joker find murderer" amongus.

I know this is bit too late(hawk already streamed it/how to play XD) but thank you so much for the compliment on the writing! I'm glad to hear you had fun debunking the butler's testimony!

You can right click, double tap(left click) or press shift to use a bomb. The 3rd one errr, yeah you have to be slow and steady XD The main focus is avoid colliding with the planes, or use bombs before they appear to destroy as many as possible before they clutter the screen.

Hello, thanks for playing! I'm not sure which alien space ship you're having issue with but I'd be happy to help if needed.

Most stages can be cruised or completed by spamming the bomb (Your bomb refills when you die so yeah just spam them). Whereas the stage with a big boss can be skipped after you died 3 times.

soon™ in the far future

:D hope you'll like it.

Thanks for trying out my game :3 hope you enjoy your next KFC visit too.

Thanks for giving my game a chance! Sorry about the underwhelming ending, I ran out of time for the game jam and just noped >.>

Thanks for giving my game a try <3

I agree with the comments below. 10/10

The ending and the plot twists were *shed tears*. Mag-ni-fi-ciont.

Ayyy, thank for trying out my game! Or even visited my game page :3

No seriously thou, thanks!

Hello, I absolutely loved your game!

You really put a lot of creativity on the grinding part. As in making grinding useful/entertaining! I loved even more on the key items enchantments and puzzles/dungeon mechanics that you did, clever!

However, it would probably be great to provide us more info as how the key item enhancement works. I  notice the the stuff such as 'leather' and 'the one increase MAT" did not increase my parameters? (E.g MAT stuck at 30 and max hp always at 1907 when I used the enhancements)

Nevertheless, good game, I enjoyed it a lot!

(Heck, your balancing compared to mine is awesome!)

Hi there!! Thanks for trying out my game!! It's ^^' not really a week's worth per say as I'm still bug fixing here and there with the bugs and balancing. But still, thanks for checking out my game!

:o , thank you so much for playing, I hope you enjoyed it.
