There is an issue with the Payment Review process regarding feedback (looking at previous posts as well as replies from folks on the post about my own situation).
The primary reason these Payment reviews seem to be stuck, is because some info is missing. But no feedback is sent to the submitter, meaning it can't be acted upon and leading to Reviews getting stuck in limbo. Any QA process needs a template or process designed to catch & reply to these kinds of situations to unblock them. I'm assuming Itch has this in place but for whatever reason, no feedback is being sent out or received.

Title says it all, something seems to be blocked regarding payouts but nobody is giving answers (support request #257119 in limbo 6 days already). Anyone else having the same issue, or ideas on how to get answers from support?
I don't mind things taking their time, but there really needs to be some kind of status update or feedback when things take longer than expected.
