Happy anniversary, Voices of the Void. You are indeed is waited, but take your time to go out of your shell and be as perfect as you need to be.

I must say, Mr. Dr. Nose's on my opinion very smart developer. His game design choices are very smart, he surely knows how to build a terror inside your soul

At first I thought so too. But now, spending a lot of time in this game, I must say that multiplayer is a bad decision. The main reason of this is that all of game's horror is built up on slow development of panic. Being alone and hearing branches fall, hearing strange noises is only catalysing paranoia.

Also this game (in my opinion) is not a full sandbox or full horror, but a merge between them. If to remove one of this genres out from the game (you removing horror element through multiplayer (because the main horror in this game is paranoia and panic)), then the game will become pretty boring. At least, this is my opinion

Yea, I Know about PC, but the main reason why this is happening, because when I'm browsing items/upgrades with mouse wheel, interaction menu still works and selection fluctuates between 1 and 2, so I'm forced to always press 1 before entering the PC.

About ALT + R... well, this is one of the most counterintuitive hotkeys in this game, because I'm learning about it just now and not in 20+ hours of my gameplay

Also, if to add up some of my pain, when you're browsing PC with mouse wheel, it also interacts with menu. This leads to situations when I accidenately turned PC off, when I wanted to check email/shop again
There is also one issue that sometimes I need take out objects I'm holding in my hands. Maybe I haven't found this option in controls. The way how I'm doing this is that I throw an object with ALT+LMB and then use "Grab" option. I think this is the exact reason for modifier key, or, for example, to adjust distance of object, holding alt and moving mouse up/down/using mouse wheel while using "Grab" option

As for my humble opinion, I think that "mimicking games" doesn't correlate with controls. Basically you mimic games through art-style or sound design, game design, special mechanics. But I think that controls always should be as intuitive as possible, since it always improves gaming experience
