Of course! This is for a passion project that is in it's early stages. I'd like to get some concept art for the main city the game is set in and go from there if it resonates with you. I have all of my worldbuilding notes on a doc, but I'm thinking of a lush and extravagant religious capitol/city surrounded by barren/radiation wastes kinda vibes if that makes sense. I started getting other people on this project yesterday so it's still new and there isn't a set style or design just yet.

Hey, I’ve gotten started on a big project myself but I could use another pair of eyes to (if interested) help with scene writing and worldbuilding. I’ve found a few folks interested in helping with scene writing as well so it’s a very low commitment, passion project as I’m just getting into game dev!

I love your style! I have a project that I’d love to get some concept work for and possibly more if you’re interested. My contact info is on my profile.

I have a project I'm working on and I'd love to get the art started while we finalize the lore and main scenes! My contact info is on my page so reach out if you're interest!

Hey,

I'm newer to game dev and I'd love to pick your brain on game design and possibly have you work on the art if it seems like it could be a good fit for you! My contact info is on my page if you'd like to reach out.

Hey! I'm working on a concept for a (possibly pixel style) top down rpg that is lore/interaction heavy if you're interested. My contact info is on my page if you'd like to hear more!

I'm interested in assisting with the writing aspect. I can also pick up and learn renpy, but there would absolutely be a learning curve.

Check out my page if you want my contact info.

Do you have any references of styles/ what kind of 2d art you'll need? (Are you looking for sprite work, static 2d art, character/concept design art, character cards, backgrounds, etc?)

Hey!

I've been wanting to make an interactive text/CYOA game for awhile now, but I've been struggling to split my time effectively as I'm learning all the coding from scratch. I'm a hobbyist so there's no set deadline, but I'd like to work on at least one of the ideas until it's a fully formed game. Currently, needing help with:

1.) Picking a story idea to focus on. (I have several to choose from so it'd be whichever grabs your attention the most.)

2.) Actually writing the full scenes, fleshing out characters, etc. (As it's a CYOA style game I'd like to have some help with branching path/choice narratives, but it's not a requirement. I can always build off of the main plotline by myself.)

I'd love to have you help with the writing. If you're unsure, I'd still like to connect and maybe get an opinion on some of the general plot ideas.

Edit: to clarify I'm currently writing out scenes and plots as fast as I can, it'd also just be nice to have feedback/opinions on the quality of the story itself as well as the spelling/grammar/etc.

Hey,

Quick question(s): What software and programming language is your team using? What experience level are you looking for?

Just asking as I know that's going to really narrow down who's a good fit for your project.

Hey,

Fellow writer and beginner dev here! I've got most of the worldbuilding taken care of for an idea I've been working on. The problem is that I'm running into a wall when it comes to fleshing out the actual characters. I need help figuring out what kind of pacing and interactions I want them to have with the player as well as general scripting of the scenes/interactions. If you'd like to work together on a project/if this interests you at all please feel free to reach out!

I have a few story concepts that could be good depending on the kind of game you want to make or we can start from scratch!

My goal is to get more experience under my belt. I started learning how to use the software first and only recently started picking up how to code again. That being said; It'd be nice to have a project where it's going to be alright for me to make mistakes/ troubleshoot the code until I figure out how to do "the thing").

Best way to get ahold of me is either on discord: bexesoteric

Hey, in the same boat as the dev above. I've made a few 80's style arcade game clones for my personal practice but I'm wanting to expand and work on something a bit bigger and (hopefully) collaborate/work with others for the experience and to possibly learn more together.

Hey, I'm a writer branching into the realm of game development and I have a story I'm really excited about working on. I'd love to tell you more about the specifics and see if it's a good fit. Do you have discord or a preference for email?
