Thanks for feedback! I actually had more graphical gameplay in vision with day-night cycle, falling leaves and more decors, but i only had 2 days to work at max. Probably I would implement those ideas in an update after jam.

thanks for AudioStreamPlayer node, i'll keep that in mind for any future update or game :)

CFC lol :D  nice and challenging gameplay though specially lvl 15

thanks for your appreciation :)

due to lack of time, i wasn't able to implement all my ideas which included more obstacle types. I'll probably add those in any future update though :)

i actually thought of a lot of things to make the scene beautiful with but as you said lack of time :(

nice music and relaxing ending :)

nice music and relaxing ending :)

fun gameplay

fun gameplay

not very much clear

suggestion : you may wanna increase the size of viewport in the game page, some parts of your game isn't visible like "click here to start" wasn't visible. i thought the game wasn't starting due to a bug but when i opened in full screen the issue was clear.

Noice idea btw, i actually thought something similar myself :) but i already started the work on different idea so i continued that one.

i think i just improved my quacking typing skill :)

I actually though of that but the thing is if you destroy the plane the game stops and you can't beat your highscore, Although it could exist as a different game mode, maybe I'll add it in future update. Thanks for feedback :)

On browser it felt laggy although the game idea seems pretty cool. Can  you export the game natively for linux ?

noice game, but it doesn't stop or restart on falling in pit, manually restarting was annoying a bit otherwise fun gameplay and noice music :)

noice use of the limitation

thanks for playing :)
i actually submitted in hurry and added pics later, thanks for feedback though.

Thanks for feedback!
I didn't know about that audiostreamplayer2d effect, will consider it if i update the game and while making future games, thanks :)

it gets wrong ans at the binary question, 1101 + 0100/0010 = ? (which in decimal is 13 + 4/2 = 13 + 2 = 15 or 1111 in binary) but it doesn't take 1111 as correct answer :')

there is a bug in control, i could turn clockwise while moving forward with holding something but i couldn't turn anti-clockwise, that became frustrating as i had to stop for rotating anti-clockwise :')

thanks for playing :)
i thought the controls were simple, anything specific that you struggled with ? i would try to improve that in any future game.

well what can i say saving the world is no easy task ;D , thanks for playing :)

the art was quite good but i can't say that i was sure about the rules :')

being able to control the vine felt like making your own path and that too you have to find it in limited time or restart and try again. i'm not sure about how well it fits to the theme but i loved the idea.

(1 edit)

most games i reviewed use a similar concept like fighting virus, many of those are nice too but your idea was just awesome and you implemented the wildcards very nicely as well, especially the time control and it fitted the theme very well also.
just loved it !

PS: after completing game i realized that the player can also stand on unloaded part of the progress bar, making it only possible to stand on loaded part would've been more fun in my opinion, a little harder but possible and fun. just a suggestion, brilliant game anyway :)

audio is well suitable and makes the gameplay better

i connected 5/9 gateways, then i started new route and found new gateway but option to finish wasn't showing so i found another new gateway still no option was showing, i pressed E anyway and it looked like the gateway pushed me upwards and now everything is dark and i can't see any thing :')

I resumed the game after gameover , lol :) nice game btw, i would suggest to add keyboard support to select options though and also you have implemented the chosen wildcard very well.

felt a bit laggy for some reason, but great environment and gameplay otherwise. Also, as far as i've explored there are 3 devices to fix(diode, capacitor, resistor) , i fixed them in that order and only diode went and stand on one of the four squares with cable on it. I thought all three would stand on each and the player will stand on remaining to complete the circuit. That didn't happen so may be it was a bug or i got it all wrong :')

A fun gameplay, just wished for more levels.

Thanks for feedback!

I initially thought to make target ticks larger, but I then discarded the ideas because I wanted the player to come up with their own strategy if they needed. And also optimization is not main goal if you can win without it so I thought not to break the symmetric look for that.

Anyway here is a strategy you can use.

"Notice when the hand gets slower, for example if hand gets slower when it is about to reach 4 you know that next target is 5. If you can't reposition 5, try 6 as it will be the next."
