As I saw someone else comment on the page, those sound effects are really juicy! Very fun and unique concept too!

Fun little game! I loved how the music would change dynamically, that was a fun little addition. Not sure if I liked how the player moved, it felt a little sluggish but I think I liked that more than if it just had straight linear movement? The little sprite would just get stuck on things and build up a lot of speed that I would have to counteract but I'm sure that would just be ironed out with a little polish. Overall, a good time!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks so much for playing!

Thanks for the feedback! I was inspired by when I played around with making a brickbreaker clone a few years ago and how that game had a built in difficulty curve with the ball speeding up with more hits, so I'm glad that came through with the scoring system! And I definitely wish it had some sound too haha! Ends up 3 hours is a  tight deadline and making sound tracks and effects is one of my weaknesses unfortunately. Something to practice next time!

I love the gameplay gimmick of being able to buy the walls and platforms on the fly! I could definitely see that being built out into something more and being a really fun mechanic to expand on!

Woah very neat little game! Feels like a really good proof of concept but still very polished even with some extra time! I really like how the barrier shadows showed where the safe spots were, I wish the levels without the barriers had something similar to telegraph where the lasers would go but that's more of a nitpick than anything else that could be ironed out with a little more time!

Ooh yeah reversing it could be a fun challenge too. Unfortunately I came up on the deadline sooner than I expected otherwise I definitely would have implemented more!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I definitely think it would have been fun to implement more options! Maybe the next time

Woah this is such a cool idea! I love the weird control scheme although I don't think I'm good enough for how precise it is haha

Thank you for the comment! I feel like I learned a lot with this one and hope to do more with that experience!
