Great question! The intention when creating this adventure was to highlight the major 'plot points' of the 'movie' that is Golgotha. There should be downtimes and spaces in-between, but those are up to the group on how they want to do it - after all they are traveling. 

Thanks for asking! The "three sixes" rule would be when rolling for Abilities (ie rolling for Strength, you roll 3d6 and the results are 3 sixes).

The Plague Mask and Veil of Disease are only associated with the Outcast type. But, hey, do what you want!
