As someone who draws characters a lot, this approach is coming at the problem of “I want to design an alien” from such a vastly different direction than I would ever think of, and I absolutely love it. All these designs turned out great! I love these martians!

wow! This is gorgeous! The idea is a lot of fun. I feel like maybe the other guys you pick up should be a different colour – I sometimes got mixed up about which I was controlling. This definitely could use a cursor that really stands out. I lost my mouse a lot. But it's a fun idea and the fact that you managed this art over a weekend is wild! Congrats!

Honestly, considering your constraints, this is really interesting and fun! I have bounced off of much more polished games – not even jam games but actual finished games – faster than I did with yours. I think having the walls damage you is a bit brutal for the first level (and confusing since your rope can go through them) but otherwise I feel like this had way more to it than I expected when I loaded it up. Great work!

What a neat idea! I love the animation on that flame – really nicely done! I found the camera zooming in and out to be a bit disorienting, but otherwise I was really impressed with this! Congrats!

The art (and animation) was all done in Photoshop. I think I used one of the Kyle Webster inking brushes for most of the line work but, honestly, we were working so quickly I kind of lost track of it! I did rough out the first thumbnail of the idea in Procreate, though!

Neat idea for sure! Looks really great and I was grooving along to the music, too! I think there is a lot of potential to this idea (especially the idea that your spirit could go through things that your body can't). This could evolve into a pretty deep game! Nice work!
