Challenging and fun. I didn't get past the second level yet, but I'll keep trying.
As for some impovements I agree with what Dmitriy Shmilo said. Also adding some colors helps to see what is what would be nice.
I couldn't get it to start. (Foundation.dll, swiftSwiftOnoneSupport.dll, swiftCore.dll, swiftWinSDX.dll was not found)
I liked it a lot. However it seemed a bit too easy, since I got away with buying basic items only.
It's pretty neat, but way too short.

You got the controls right, they feel so responsive
Also maybe sound, but I guess you're using javascript, so it might be harder to get it right.
Maybe health bar above enemys ,because I can't tell if my gun deals damage and this make's it unsatisfying to shoot. But it is still a great game
I really enjoyed playing this game, especially when the camera turned from top-down to more like third person angle.
Also the music is very soothing.
