Thank you very much for your inquiry and we apologize for the delay. We believe we are in the final stages and will be able to launch the bundle this month.

Hello, everyone!

Meanwhile, our Jam ended, but before starting a Charity Bundle we have a few technical steps to be accomplished.

1) The Jam must be manually linked with the future Bundle's page, so all your entries are transferred there.
2) Our partner Serhii Prytula Charity Foundation must be onboarded on itch.io to receive payments from Bundle.

We would like to have everything done as soon as possible, but unfortunately, none of these steps depends on us. We have contacted itch.io for a few times but inquiries have not been answered yet. It seems that itch.io team has a lot of things to process as our initiative is not the only one pending, some have been waiting for their Bundle to be set up for a few months already. So, we believe it is not connected to any biases and will continue to remind the support team about our initiative.

We would also ask for your help in this matter. If you know someone from itch.io we would be grateful for a contact or your inquiry and reminder regarding our Jam and Bundle. Hope that the handshakes theory will work and that we can find someone who knows someone who can help us.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask them here or on our email. Also if you have any information that can help us move the process with our Bundle further please let us know.

Hello to all the creative authors! We are a group of enthusiasts from Ukraine organizing a charity jam on itch.io to help rebuild hospitals in Ukraine.

 We invite you to join this initiative by submitting your projects to our Jam! The jam runs from October 4th to November 4th. After your contributions, we will set up a charity bundle full of your great works available for donations starting from $8. All funds raised will go to help rebuild hospitals damaged by war.

Itch.io support does not respond to requests regarding the charity bundle. We sent 4 requests. After answering the first, the next 3 requests were ignored, which is surprising, given the "priority" of charity bundles. I hope the letters just got lost, even though they are all in the same mail place. We really need your help, I hope you can increase the priority of the answer. Thank you.
