Hey! I'm also trying to gain experience for game related stuff. I don't have the 'lot's of experience' you mentioned but I'm comfortable with Ren'Py  and choice based/branching story programming. I'm finishing up (programming/art) what will be my first published VN for a game jam that ends April 2nd. I can show you what I've got and if you have specific mechanics in mind I can tell you weather or not it's in my scope. I sent a Discord friend request if your interested.

Hey! Are you still available to team up?

hi, wanted to see if anyone would like to team up! I'd like to offer up my pixel art skills, I can do the following:

• side-view and/or isometric
• backgrounds/environments
• user interface
• simple animations e.g. walk/run/jump, open/close (we'll talk about it)
• character icons
• show me references to styles and I can mimic it

I can help with programming if it's Ren'py and maybe help if it's Unity, I'll watch tutorials if help is wanted for other engines.

I'm not a writer but I can help brainstorm and edit.

Could also do some character designing if needed.
