I'm sorry about finding some aspects of the story boring to your tastes.
Being a visual novel focused on slice of life, i'm trying to focus more on the narrative, relationships and worldbuilding, just to not jump in directly to the hot stuff and making the flow of the narrative more natural.
Despite that i get what are you saying and i'll try to go more straight forward and drain some narrative. ＾▽＾

Thank you so much about your thoughs about Cristina, she's my babygirl and i love her so much that she's pratically the face of the game, even for the promotional images on my Deviantart!  ~( ˘▾˘~)

Sorry to hear tho that you think she "lost" her unique look with her growth, but I can assure you it's part of her character and her story! ❀◕ ‿ ◕❀
I still hope that, once she'll dress up again in the next update, her character design will get back on track for you.  ◕‿↼)

And yeah, I played Bayshore Academy! That and Gina's Gym are actually the games that inspired me to make this game in the first place! d(⌒ー⌒)

Don't worry tho I'm still planning to keeping a distinct bodytype between the girls (althought they are six of them, so unfortunately it will be a big task to achieve

- You're absolutely right about the day-night backgrounds! I'm planning in the future to work on the background images like you suggested (and probably doing some new ones, like the bathroom one didn't went nice as i though. (━┳━｡ _ ｡━┳━) )

- About the close-up images, it was a hellish moment  ╥﹏╥ I tried so hard to matching most of the sprite trought a big amount of generations. That were the best one they come up, but to be honest i could improve and work on them a little bit, so i'll get my hand on them once i want to give the game a little bit of polish with a future update! (〜^∇^)〜

That program really made big steps in terms of work done, and i also went trought a process of trial and error in order to get right most of the sprites (with the exeption of some of the backgrounds, unfortunately.)

After all the request about the language topic i'm going to put a translation.
I can understand that, even if the MC understands Italian, the player could not, so don't worry! ! will put every translation (including other languages spoke by other characters) everytime someone speak in her native language! ;)

About the classmates i was planning to make some appearances here and there, especially easter eggs! ;)

My initial toughts about Cristina's use of her native language was more for making the situations more comedic or serious, and i wasn't planning to use too much complicated expressions in order to not give the player some sort of confusion. I'm sorry if that didn't deliver very well, so i'm considering about making a poll in the future about that, just to have a general a feedback. :D
